Don’t run press the attack, run the most amount of burst runes: dh/electrocute, sudden impact, eyeball collection, ravenous hunter, the armor pen rune in precision, and coup de grace

I think 10% of omnivamp isn't enough, because of the new grievous wounds that does 60% healing reduction it's a really glass canon build, that probably is only good against comps that don't have a good amount of cc

this is a situational build for dealing with like lulu or vayne this build sucks vs duelists like jax or fiora and tanks (takes a lot more time to kill them) but this build is good for burst damage

@Keshuel that omnivamp clearly didn't do much, he got melted by baron, and couldn't survive fights if they didn't die in the initial burst or stunned him which happened multiple times
