Emma, it's wonderful to see you carrying on. You are doing it one day at a time and that is just fine. From now on, take it nice and slow while stopping to remember the laughs you had with both Soizie and your Mum. I'm quite certain they will be laughing along with you as you reminisce. Good girl fir planning ahead fir your trip! You don't want to ruin it by burning yourself to a crisp while you're down there. I've been turning as brown as a bean from just walking my Bosch for his bathroom breaks and walk times and that is happening despite wearing a SPF 50 product! I'll be 68 in less than 3 months and all my wrinkly crepey skin is where the sun hits me. The skin 'where the sun don't shine' is still smooth and soft as a baby's bottom! Your skin is so beautiful but is also so fair so Mr Sun ☀️ can't wait to get his hands on you! Don't worry about being MIA. You need to do whatever is right for you to make it through the days and months again. I'm so glad you feel Soozie's presence around you. Hello my dear friend. It's so good to see you on a vlog. I saw your Instagram post about drinking and vaping. Please please don't punish yourself for the things you do whilst grieving. You've been through the unimaginable and just go with it. There's so very many stages of grief and it's different for everyone. everyone. I know I stopped eating, shut down, was drinking every night for a long time. I can't tell you when the grief stated to lift, I just became aware of drinking less and being more present around people. That's not to say I don't have my moments. I'm 18 by years on from a large loss but even now I find I might shed the odd tear, or have to turn a program over on TV because the topic is to close to home. Having said that grief does lift little by little when it does it may be a while before you notice that it is but the sun will shine for you again and everything will improve. Just don't rush things or push yourself to move on. Just accept the grief in your heart, cry when you want to, scream, shout, laugh out loud. Feel the emotions and eventually the mist will begin to clear. The other thing that helps is grief counselling. It helps you to look at your feelings and understand and process them. Enjoy your Holi bobs , just down tools, rest . Take care my beautiful girl, in thinking of you and still praying for you each and every day. You say you’ve “ gone off the rails a bit “ ; however I think it’s all part of the process of you unconsciously trying to heal yourself . I did similar things. I remember feeling like I was losing control when I came out of work one day, and standing next to my car and all of a sudden my brain felt like it had been hit with a electric bold and all I wanted to do was scream my head off, I almost felt hysterical…and it took a lot for me to “ pull myself together “ . I even wondered/ worried if I was going crazy with grief. It’s all part of the healing process…and it’s very early days yet . You’re a wonderful, and strong person. You will come back to yourself, Emma … one minute at a time . That little French Bulldog is adorable…all those lovely animals will help you in the process, along with your family and friends of course. 🙏🏻🫶

Emma dear sissy, grief is a process. Only you know the pain you are going through. I know there are people who might tell you they walked in your shoes once and know your pain. No they don’t. As individuals, we have different bonds with our loved ones and we experience and express emotions differently. What you are doing and experiencing is expected. Dear Emma💖. You may not feel like it right now but you're doing exactly what you need to do. I went through multiple bereavements in a short space of time and believe me you're doing well just getting up and getting through each day and night. I would never say that time heals the sort of pain and loss you're dealing with but there comes a time when you remember them and smile sometimes. There are times when you think it's going to break you but it won't because you couldn't have done any more than you did for them and this will be a comfort to you as time goes by. Take care of yourself and know how many people are behind you every step of the way x

The brown bunny looks like my MrBu by he was 10 when he passed he thought he was a dog. Completely litter trained. He was amazing. I had him cremated and he is always with me. Love bunnies. Nice to see you smile❤
