My name is Ryan Tafazolli, pro footballer for Wycombe Wanderers in the Championship.
Here on my channel I’ll give you a unique insight into life as a pro footballer, what it's like on the training ground, the changing rooms & much more behind the scenes.
Not only that, as someone who has played professional football for the last 12 years, I’ve built up a vast amount of knowledge that I can share with you guys to help you become the best footballers.
I’ll show you with all the training drills I do on a day to day basis from passing, dribbling, shooting, fitness, recovery etc.
You'll also get an insight into the mental side of the game and how to prepare yourselves mentally for optimal performance come matchday.

Quick question Taf. How do you structure your individual training sessions. Do you have a theme/area of improvement, or is it general. I ask because after 40 minutes or so, it gets to a point of diminishing returns because I get physically and mentally fatigued.

Obviously you don't want to fatigue early, but bare in mind when you do individual training sessions you are so much more individually active than in a team session which usually lasts for longer. You get much more touches on the ball and you get a lot more reps in than in a team session! Therefore 45 minutes to 1 hour is really the sweet spot for an individual session. You also said it yourself, you start to get diminishing returns after a while and then it doesn't really help you anymore, unless you want to specifically train to perform under fatigue. It's all about context.

@@tafazolli Well that was horrible to watch. But it's nice to see the overly arrogant skinny Mehmeti and the gobby Mawson both get riled up. Get yourself to argyle Taf, you could be a big commanding number 5 for a club with actual ambitions, that pulls in 15k home gates, who play passing football. Ainsworth has taken Wycombe as far as he can. If you can manage living in Hull, you can manage Plymouth ;-)
