Noel Edmonds also passed for entertainment in the 90s. Was that not his head floating around? Funnily enough I am almost getting old enough to have a crinkly bottom.
That web it thingamy, allegedly has an AMD 486 100mhz equivalent in it along with a custom/embedded windows 3X. I remember seeing them in the window of Morgan Computers once, heavily discounted and thinking that it was not going to be of any use to anyone.
I see we have gone back in time to 2023 with Mark's musings! Lemmings is a game that I could never understand, watching my son playing it way back on an Amiga 600, it didn't make sense to me.
I imagine Lemmings to be as fun as working at a faulty assembly line. Such fun! ...achthuallhy, I've played lemmings, back in the 90's, for an hour or four, and liked it, but haven't played it since. But I really liked Worms, and here's my idea: combine lemmings and worms: a two player game with player one playing the usual Lemmings, and the other player playing a worm team, trying to 'retire' as many Lemmings as possible. WHY haven't this been made?
Artificial flavours taste so much better in sweets. I compared some American Haribo to UK verision and the former tasted better. The same thing cant be said for American chocolate though!
I think I seen one of those "Commodore 64"s on LGR, and it was a 486 or something equally unsuitable for 1998 that was touted as an "internet machine" for people who didn't want to buy a computer. Was a custom Windows 3.1 front-end jobbie(literally a right wee jobby in this case) with a built in C64 emulator.
I'm very triggered by the unexpected Edmonds. He's moved down here to NZ and has really gone even more nuts. Lucky for my British chums though, as he's 20,000km away from you 😂
At some point I am going to do a comparison video of Archimedes Lemmings and Amiga Lemmings, as I'm quite fond of it on my Archimedes. IIRC the music has more instruments too.
When I’ve cleared the lounge out. No room until then. It’s like a bombs gone off. Couple of donation videos next week or so. Then that spectrum to fix and a region free mode To do on a megadrive.
He really looks like that unpleasant purveyor of crap tv Noel Edmonds doesn't he? Im thinking you could print simple pcb`s with that conductive filament and a duel extruder with a non-conductive filament in the other nozzle.
