I cleaned this surface for the first time ever, did I succeed or fail? You be the judge of that. This clean was completed completely free of charge for a family friend so that I could try out some new techniques and give back to them for their support over the years. I am not quite sure how I feel about the result, on one hand the driveway is spotless clean, the jet wash removed every ounce of dirt. But on the other, it was not the finished product that I expected. The surface was unfortunately quite worn and uneven in places. Hopefully you can enjoy this shorter than normal clean, whilst I cook up something EXTRA SPECIAL for the next video release. No clues, but it's going to be a big one!. Thank you so much as always and I really hope that some of you wonderful viewers get some satisfaction from my little video. Jake
@@diamondexteriorcleaning The judgement I pass down is... Excellent Job done all round, top notch cleaning and get the community award. Dismissed.. 🤣🤣🤣 Good Job 👏👍👏 👍
Just a little idea here Jake, when spraying the chemicals near plants, a piece of plastic board on the plant side of the boarder to keep the chemical off the plants.
Thank you so much! What an awesome comment and that has made me feel really great about the videos, I wasn't so enthusiastic whilst editing this one so I really appreciate that.
Here is a little ditty When Jake gets down to the nitty gritty I thought he was about to frown And looked a little down The red was really brown He made the place look so pretty 😁 It came up like a diamond again.Really good transformation done . Good Job.
I have never seen imprinted concrete before. The owners have no struggeling with weed in the joints, thats a big plus. The job at the brick wall is amazing. Hard work to achieve this outcome 🧽 , but definitely worth it. Hope your hands and knees and your back as well are not hurting. Have a nice sunny weekend 🌻
Everything happens for a reason. Like you forgot to carry lance with you. It strengthens you to finish the job. Yes, you worked really hard. Good job m8. This is called the fight.
I've seen other pressure washing channels that have Scrub-bed using a broom and a strong solution to get the black spots from patios, etc. This job came up lovely and clean. Unfortunately, you can't make years of wear and tear look any better than what is under the grime. Great job Jake!
Awesome job as usual Jake. I think doing the wall was a lovely kind extra for the customer. It all came out looking fantastic. I hope your customer raves about you to everyone. ❤
"SCRUB"!!!!! Wow .... fantastic transformation! You did a brilliant job - customer must be very happy! WELL DONE!!!! Best Wishes from Dublin! Love your vlogs ☘
Your wand situation reminds me of the time i forgot to bring my violin to work as a violin teacher for 2 days straight 🤦🏻♀️ Anyway The scrubbing really came out great as did the rest of the driveway
That is one heck of a good SCRUB job Jake. You've done really well there. I'm just glad that I live in a quiet cul-de-sac and not on that road which gives the impression of being a borderline motorway! One slight thing Jake - is there any chance you could give us some customer reaction to your work, rather than you just turning up, doing the work and driving away? Would be great if you were able to do that.
Glad you found your lance. Creativity in solutions is not a bad thing. Nice slope on the driveway, no puddling. :) The scrub on the Black Spot on the bricks was worth it. Looked great.
The black in it is powder release its part of the concrete imprinting design so it will never come out also recommend to the customer to seal the driveway after cleaning as you have taken it off...
@diamondexteriorcleaning normally, when u pressured wash, u reseal the area. If in doubt, get an imprinting expert to look, but normally, they will reseal when I used to do that work we would always recommend to the customer to reseal
@@diamondexteriorcleaningyou can buy the sealant it's cheaper for the customer to do it themselves all you need is a pump sprayer and lightly spray on the surface if you over spray broom that area....
Wow, the scrubbing on that wall sure paid off! 🧽 Beautiful result! Hope your back has recovered from all the bending over. Look forward to the next one.
Scrub! Stunning work on the wall 👍And Thank you for leaving the words on the screen for a bit longer. Two questions: 1) Did the curious neighbor hire you? 2) It is very common in the Southern US for people to paint the brick on their houses or gardens. Is that something people in your area ever do?
Looks great. When you put the chemical down how long do you let it sit? Have you ever put it down and had to scrub like you did on the wall? Much success in your business.
I do enjoy your videos. Seen you on another channels last week.. I noticed you didn’t seem to be using a surfactant which does help clean up the bricks as it stops the hypo running off.. still give it a light brushing to help. Great videos buddy 👍
@@diamondexteriorcleaning I watch so many channels, the big lad from kerbside second channel.. I can never remember the name, is it the uncleanables, great channel but because they are long videos I can never find the time to watch a whole episode. 😂 I’m the same, always running out of one thing or another 😂
Did you succeed?, oh yes I think so well and truly and yes always wear mask when spraying chemicals as you only have one pair of lungs and I don't think they're available as spare parts. I'll bet that's the last time you'll walk away from a job without making sure you have all your equipment back in the van. I look forward to more videos and I've subbed if that's okay with you. We don't get many pressure washing video on this side of the globe as it tends to be a UK and US thing. We have dirt, mold and algae but no moss on tiles as our climate is quiet dry although prepainted corrugated iron is now increasingly used for roofing material as it's far cheaper and just as long lasting a clay (terracotta) or concrete tiles. Stenciled concrete is quiet popular here.🇦🇺
Will this work ? “I don’t want no SCRUB / A SCRUB is a guy that can’t get no love from me / Hangin’ out the passenger side / Of his best friend’s ride / Tryin’ to holla at me”
You only had one lance ?? Come on son, you are a professional. One must be prepared for all eventuralities... Two pressure washing machines, extra belts, oil, hoses, connections, LANCES, spinning wonders, turbo nozzles, etc etc etc ad finausium.... this is a business, not a side hustle. Check yourself there lad. Oh, and use the bleech, bleach, bleech, bleach. Grout and sand finishes need bleeched.
