I whipped together this super quick and easy chicken breast recipe and OH MY GOD - my kids and husband can't get enough of it! 🙌 Every time I make it, they finish their plates in minutes! Perfect for busy weeknights when you need something delicious without the hassle. Trust me, you'll love it! 😋👨👩👧👦

📜 Ingredients:
- 5-6 potatoes
- Salt, pepper, oregano
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 egg
- 50 ml olive oil (1/4 cup)
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- some fresh greens
- 200 g cheese (1/2 pound)
📝 Instructions:
1. 00:04 Cut the potatoes and place them in a casserole dish, season with salt and pepper
2. 00:29 Cut the chicken breasts as shown in the video, press them flat with a kitchen hammer
3. 00:57 For the sauce: Mix egg, olive oil, mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper with the mixer
4. 01:15 Grease chicken breast with egg mixture
5. 01:25 Finely chop the vegetables and mix with grated cheese
6. Place the cheese on the chicken breast and roll it up tightly. Place the rolls in the baking dish with the potatoes, grease the top with the egg mixture and place in the oven for 60 minutes at 180 °C (without convection) or 40 minutes at 180 °C (with convection)
