Rocio please advise Marwa to go to the eye doctor to check his eyes and get a medicated shaded glasses just like the one he is using now so that he will not be taking off his glasses of and on all the time and also not to put too much strain on his eye.

Hi Guys, this is why I love The Kenyan weather, because you can put on jackets like Mr. Marwa has on without any problems. Where i am in the West Coast of Africa , one dear not to put on heavy jackets like Mr. Marwa has , otherwise you just gonna melt through sweating. Sometimes just after Mid Day , the Temp. goes up to 35 // 45 Degrees HOT and before the end of the Day, it can go up to 40//45 Degrees Hot. But when the Mighty SUN Desappeared under the clouds, the Temp. drops to 15//20 Degrees and the wind blowing from The Atlantic// The AFRICAN OCEAN . its very Nice and cool. Thanks.

I think marwa is just stress and tired. It looks simple , but what you are doing is a lot. It takes a lot out of you. Just get a total body check. Also get some daily vitamin, its one body you have to take care of it. Take it easy you will be ok. Watching you from jamaica.
