What makes you say that? I know it's week one and everything's up in the air, but everything I've heard is that there's a pretty strong consensus among top-level players that Carmine is king now.

@@missingno_fgc Bruh has full screen beams in less then a second. Balls, crystals, and a dp that give her more protection than fucking Fortknox. And high amount of offensive pressure with those tools

@@missingno_fgc At least some characters have a chance at fighting Carmine, some characters literally can't do a thing to her. Merkava, Akatsuki, Waldstein, etc.

@@azarious644 It's UNI. Simply pointing out that she has strong tools isn't telling me what makes her *better* than everyone else in this game who also has wild and crazy shit. It's all relative. She has her share of weaknesses too. She's a mids dispenser with limited mix, her zoning game basically requires her to surrender GRD when she wants to zone, and she's a uniquely cursed charge character. She can't just mash DP out of blockstrings, mistime it and the charge is lost. And then [6]4 Lasers mean you have to commit to charging [6] for them, which is quite dangerous.

to be fair, it does seem highly improbable to draw due to identical life totals in a game where damage is measured in thousands and even single digits might matter

I have never seen a time out draw.

Draws are very rare, and for it to happen on a timeout too is doubly rare

I've seen double KOs. I've never seen exact same HP on a timeout. To give you an idea of how unlikely that is, these characters have 10400 HP.

ive seen timeout draws a few times, but ive been playin games since the 90s
