The door keys are actually references to a game back in 1993 called DOOM (DOOM is about killing demons. You probably shouldn't play it if you’re a kid), DOOM also had a bunch of puzzles which included colour coded door keys

Hey Dan. There's one more feature you missed If you press B it will activate boss mode basically showing documents of database. It's a reference where you play during work and you show this to the boss and click it again to turn it off to not get caught
