I've been a smoker for around 15 years. I know this news may come as surprising to many, as I've always tried to smoke when you are not near me.
This one month Trip was more of a rehabilitation than a Vacation for me.
Here is my Story of When I started smoking, Why I'm Quiting Smoking and How I've Quit smoking.
Hopefully this will motivate you and encourage you to quit smoking as well.

Quitting is easy ... and difficult. I quit once for 3 years, started again. Now I quit 2 years ago and it has never bean easier. You need to find the right time and state of mind. Don't force it. Forcing will not work. You need to be aware that this voice in your head "Oh, you can smoke one cigarette, that is ok to feel better" will fade away. Everyone is different, so for me quitting to zero was fine. Others may try to reduce over time, or use nicotine helpers. You will find your way. I am sure about that, because from your comment I see that your mind is on the right path. For me the first 3 days were very hard, then about 14 days still much craving, then it was easy. I still have the last package with 3 cigarettes lying here.

@Feier_Salamander said everything right, and I agree. You will still continue to think about it even after a while of quiting. It doesn't go away. You've just got to remind yourself what kind of life you want to have moving forward. I use these triangle points. Freedom, Money, Health.

I've never smoked so i wont pretend to know how hard it was for you to give up but can only go by my wife's experience as she went cold turkey in the same way you did and i know she had many days of craving the taste of 'Just one quick Puff' but she held firm but it wasn't easy so can only commend you on sticking to your resolve and giving up for good 👏i hope your words of wisdom on your experience will help others to stop as well. Loved the segment with Christine commenting on the bad meal experience with you in the background miming lol. Looking forward to the next one and your new location - See Yah!

Well done for giving up the cigarettes I know its very difficult but will be worth it in the long run . I never smoked a cigarette in my nearly 70 years well in August, now if we are talking chocolate, ice cream, cakes , did I say chocolate I love them all I could never give them up lol , but seriously good luck with stopping . Seeing Christina buying buckets and spades , I suddenly realised I have never built sandcastles although spend my childhood on the beach . As always interesting and entertaining video .Take care both of you

It was my first legitimate sandcastle with buckets, too. It def helps to have the right building blocks. It turned out to me my most relaxing time of the whole trip. 100% recommend

It is the Cancer that makes quitting so easy. They put so many chemicals in cigarettes now. You will definitely get Cancer if you do not quit. Also, you live basketball, you have to realize how smoking takes away from your game. You can do it! You will do it because you have so much to live for Lionel.
