Maybe when you choose a weapon and the book you choose is in the genre the weapon is in you get a reward and if not there is no reward or punishment? Then you are more encouraged to pick books form different genres!
Aaaaaahhhh Project Hail Mary! YES! I’m so excited you’re going to read it! It’s BETTER than The Martian. You’ll adore it. Listen to the audiobook if you can, the narrator is phenomenal plus there’s a very special reason why it’s better in audio. Clue was always my favorite game as a kid, so I love this!
For the sci-fi room, maybe you can combine the mystery and thriller rooms? You already read a lot of mysteries without being prompted. There's the horror room too which can be used for spooky thrillers, and then there'll also be room for sci-fi thrillers :3
Such a fun tbr game!! Only thing I’d suggest is maybe try different dice? It’s hard to see the numbers on those ones from the video. But love this so much! Can’t wait to watch every month ❤️
I adored the your TBR game, i'm a huge fan of Cluedo and mystery and the idea of putting them together is amazing. Hope you like all the books cause they sound awesome, plus you're adorable.
This is now a new highly anticipated monthly video for me! Clue is my absolute FAVE board game! I remember bringing it to my 3rd grade class and hate keeping it. 😂✋🏻
What a good quality board! I’m excited for more months of this. Based on the fact that you didn’t have a single roll that couldn’t reach a prompt, I’d say that a single movement that doesn’t hit a prompt should have a punishment. But I also think that you could have rewards for completing your full tbr like flipping one die to an adjacent side.
So funny - I just finished reading the 2nd book in the Cluedo mysteries yesterday?!! I followed along with Savage Reads on his game for selecting my TBR this month. But I have some space, so following along with you I'm going to add the below to my TBR for August and September: 1. Thriller Not Seen on Booktube - Try Not to Breath by Holly Seddon 2. Fantasy/Scifi over 400 pages - The One and Future Witches by Alix R.Harrow 3. Fantasy/Scifi with White on the cover - An Unkindness of Ghosts by Rivers Solomon 4. Mystery recently Hauled - Sweet Thames by Matthew Kneale 5. Mystery with 4 or more words - A Good Girl's Guide to Murder by Holly Jackson
Haha this is great! I don’t know how you made it happen. I was skeptical when I saw the premiere but you really did creative work making clue an exciting sounding reading game! Props, kudos and congrats!
This is such a fun TBR game! How has this not been done before?! Brilliant!! I hope you enjoy your reads this month! (Project Hail Mary is outstanding)
I came to this video hoping you explained how the little people were number because it’s very confusing but you didn’t. I assumed you went around the board and just numbered them consecutively but it doesn’t look like it so I’m confused. Haha.
