I run CLEAN ROOMS for aviation instruments, and we have 3 devices,, one is 100,000, one is 1,000,, clean as a babies room, and one is 100,, cleaner than an operating room,, SHE impresses me so,, (yeah Im a guy),, but she is about a 1,000,, , such a professional and perfectionist!! I love it!! ; D

From a nail tech perspective, she doesn’t do the separate brush for polish for sanitary reasons. It’s to have a cleaner shape, and for possibly better control of the polish.

Everytime i hear Seoul I think of that tragic ferry ride ... still haunts my mind

Excuse me. I am Korean, and my dream is to do nail salons in the U.S. or English-speaking countries. In Korea, nail care is not irritating but meticulous for long-lasting.. On the other hand, I heard that it is more important to get your nails done quickly than to get them done meticulously. I also heard a scary rumor that if you do wrong nail care and bleed, you'll be sued... I've even heard that I have to pay a lot of compensation. I'd like to ask if this is true. I am using a translator because I am not good at English.. I'm so sorry if you're rude. I'd like to ask for advice.🙇‍♀️😭🙏

@@user-xw3hf9zp2r yes for western countries like the UK and the US clients/customers prioritise getting their nails done quickly and care a lot less about nail prep and more about the look of the final design. Yes in America clientele is risky as people can sue you for nail damage/ infection. You can avoid that by asking clients to sign a waiver before you work on their nails describing the risks of getting their nails done this makes it more difficult for them to claim damages later on. However, things like this aren’t an everyday occurrence/thing and are unlikely for most. Don’t be afraid and focus on your goal

Do you hear what you're saying? $700.00 for nails is absurd. Even if I was a celebrity, I wouldn't blow my money like that. Price gouging is everywhere now and it's unbelievable.

@@svalerie98 well obviously people are buying it no problem, so it isnt absurd. people create the demand, and she can price accordingly for her skills, if she's being swamped and overworked at $500 its a no brainer she would charge more its just supply and demand people, simple economics

I think parts of it were worth the money but $75 for some glued on full cover tips that you could do at home is ridiculous.

Same, takes me about 3-4. I thought I was the only one. But I notice every little flaw an want to prefect it until I finally gotta say to myself alright your done. It’s so much harder to do your own. I’m not into the bling nails although I like them they just aren’t for me. I’m to casual to walk around with rhinestones on my nails. I would for a wedding or something like that. My 17 year old loves them all day every day!

@@victoriagomez2235 hi I do nails myself too and they can last for maybe 2 months max! This is because your nail would grow past your apex(the core of your nail) making it easier to break a nail so 2 months max for safety concerns. If your application is wrong they would be lasting about a week 🤣

I also do nails like this, I'm a nail tech in Michigan and some people are flabbergasted by my pricing.

Not a nail tech but I used to decorate cakes and it's the same. People would pick the biggest fanciest cakes but don't want to pay the fancy price. Not being able to decorate to my full potential became frustrating.

Omg same but I do makeup, my style is very over the top lol (like drag queen style) and people would show me photos of my work asking for the exact one then rolled their eyes after been told the price 😂 GIRL! That look took 4 hours and my skills took 4 years lol you get what you pay for

honestly? i don't understand. it's a gorgeous set, but she used full cover tips. 80 bucks for full cover tips is NUTS. 500 bucks for gemstones is crazy as well. but if people are willing to pay then i hope girl makes bank.

How do u get the jewelry pieces off to reuse or does it get destroyed by filing it off

​@@crystalvera9560 have you heard of nail glue debonder I think it can help you loosen them a bit and take them off with minimal effort and damage. I noticed when I was using it to loosen peal off base coat if it went on the crystal they fell off too

@@victoriafaith1395 Yes, I think if you were really careful, you could gently prise these off with some kind of solvent and a bit of judicious wiggling! But if you were to re-use, it would only be on yourself, @crystalvera9560. A nail salon wouldn't share products between clients for hygienic reasons, obvs.

No we can't. Full cover tips should NEVER take this long or cost this much. What a rip off.

It's not a rip off.. it's craftsmanship. If you can't afford craftsmanship then don't get your nails done. Or learn and do it yourself. (BTW, it's not only for rich people.. you CAN do this yourself. But what will cost you the most are the gems, gel, builders gel, polishes and tools to do this.. yes, that stuff is all costly) but it can be done at home. The problem is IF (as a "poor person" you have the Patience and dedication to do this to your own nails) This type of work takes time. Not to mention money. Those gems and polishes cost so much more than you think. That's basically where most of the techs money goes to. You won't get those kind of nails here in America. And if you do.. you'll pay about the same or more. For crappy work or half asked work because I'll be honest, the majority of nail salons won't take on a customer that wants this type of craftsmanship. They will tell you that they can't do it or that they don't have the time and will make you settle for cheap acrylic nails with cheap "stones" and cheap polish. I know what I'm talking about lol I've been a nail tech for almost 30 yrs 😂 I know how things work. This is absolutely superb work. Those nails won't come off unless she soaks them off. They're not going anywhere lol the stones too😂

@@srslee5966 You're not just paying for the tips, gel, and glass crystals. A small chunk of the bill will be the glass crystals etc, but she also took 3½ hours to meticulously complete one hand! So from income of $87 an hour she has to source, buy and pay for all her kit inc crystals, outfit and maintain a shop, pay tax and NI, no paid holiday or health insurance, rent and rates in an up-market mall etc - that soon eats into your $87/hr. I can only assume you've never run your own business to the point where you consistently make a decent profit. Nobody's _forcing_ anyone to go to her salon - no-one's being ripped off. If you can't afford it, you're not the target market. This reads more like sour grapes because you can't afford it. *I can't afford it either, I just choose not to be an arsehole about it.* 🙄 I went to your channel to look at your sublime nail art - executed for a fraction of the price, but strangely couldn't find any videos. You must have taken them down as you were getting swamped with work, I guess...

I heard many idols also do their own nails according to their comeback concepts, it makes sense since it would cost a lot!

Are you able to reuse pieces? That's the first thing that came to mind when she was customizing the jewelry to fit on the nail--if she's doing that for each customer it seems super wasteful to use jewelry that would otherwise have a much longer lifespan.

@@mollyapteros if you take them off carefully with pliers you can reuse them!

@@mollyapteros I am not a nail tech so I just use them for myself but yes I reuse them as best as I can. If you coat the metal parts nicely they won’t tarnish ☺️ I can imagine that it would be difficult to reuse parts on clients since it can be unhygienic and in terms of cost the clients pay for the part and application so there should be no deficits
