I visited the Gold Coast most expensive house (worth $50 million dollars) 

I used to work for a few real estate that sold on the island. The agents made really good money. Back then the agents commission set at 2.5% by the government, but some agents were not all above board. The turn over of agents was high because the shenanigans where high. Some agents even ended up in legal troubles because of their shenanigans in the "most average dead end" you've ever seen. The first street you drove down there is a house I did work at that had a huge underground carpark full of rare collector cars. They were owned by an old dude who would not be around anymore. Most of the bigger houses have basement carparks with turntables which is where they keep their nice cars. One house I was sent to do work at was owned by a dude that did currency trading. He was out of the country at the time and his wife had just discovered he was cheating. She tried to get me to take his Ferrari for a drive and leave it anywhere. I declined. The big orange house you liked, that "has it's own thing", was where a massive robbery took place. The gardener loaded up a 48 foot boat owned by the homeowner with art, jewellery and rare coins and sailed off. The boat eventually sunk and everything was lost. He was caught , I'm not sure of the outcome. The house also sold for bitcoin at some point. That house has a bit of a history. It was also owned by a property developer that went bankrupt. On the same street as that house there was a guy that used to import American built cars and convert them to right hand drive. Mustangs and Corvettes and Vipers etc Greg Norman used to own a little house there. You knew when he was home because his yacht is too big. He'd park it at the front near the bridge and it looked ridiculous. It's 70 meters long. The bridge is 200 meters long. The boat would block half the waterway. I never met a doctor or surgeon there. Most were business owners. 1 guy was 100% Russian mafia. One house made the news because the owners were throwing regular swingers parties there and the neighbours got upset with all the cars that would fill up the street. Then a neighbour got into trouble for taking photos and putting them online. Bit of a post, but I realised I know things about this place.

Go to abandoned houses or abandoned shops at night time with some mates
