hey guys! today I'm bringing you a new challenge. I challenged myself to walk 2 miles every day for 30 days to try to lose weight. HopE you enjoy! Instagram: mybigfatlifestylechange tiktok: lisabrunolli
8 ibs in one month is amazing!! It's recommended that within healthy weight loss 2 pounds of week is the average to lose. So on average you roughly did that. Thank you for posting this video and being transparent about some days where you weren't feeling the best and all the details some people may not be easily open about. This was such huge motivation for me to workout :) I started off my journey at 175 ibs at 5'2 and now i'm roughly 140 at 5'3 and really needed the motivation. Just two months ago I was at 126 and have gained 14 ibs out of stress and other factors. I felt really connected with this video due to your plateau in the beginning and my small weight gain. But I'm confident we both got this and i'm proud of you and whoever else may read this :))
oh and for me, I didn't change up my diet too much.. I definitely didn't snack as much but I tried to drink a lot more water. I would walk around 2 miles on my treadmill in the mornings or after school and if i had enough energy (i'd do both) but I spent a lot of time downtown during the summer and walking a lot. For example during the summers I would go to summer school, half a mile walk, go to a volunteer program, another half a mile, go home, half a mile, walk 2 miles on the treadmill. Then on weekends I would walk maybe 2 miles being downtown and maybe walk another 2 on my treadmill before I went out. But I feel like what helped me get physical results was my waist trainer. And then as a preface I was 175 around this time last year
@@Kai-ym6hthow is your weight now? What abiut the waist trainer helped most ? I weigh the same as u. 173. I'm 5'2 my measurements are 38bust, 32 waist, 44 hip
You don't only lose fat walking you also lower insulin resistance which is a major culprit on stalled metabolism, walking is better than high intense exercises which only burns sugar while walking forces your body to use fat instead of sugar and every health issue stems from high fat
Thank you for this video I started my weight less journey about 2 weeks ago I've been walking 4 miles a day and its all been feeling pointless but seeing your progress is motivating!
Ill be honest, I dont watch this kind of videos from start to end. So I did the same for you, I watched the first 1 minute and directly went to the last minute and couldnt believe my eyes. Your face looks like a brand new face. Like seriously. Congrats, you really did some solid work there 🤛🏻
You look super cute and amazing (both in the before and after, honestly, but you def look more toned at the end). Best of all, you look happy and healthy. Great work!!!
I'm on day 4 of running/walking 2 miles every day. I'd like to run straight through but I have to alternate between that and walking due to shortness of breath. Hoping to lose as much as you!
Walking is better anyway, for fat loss and preserving your muscles/bones long term, because you can go for longer, build endurance and you end up burning more fat/calories in the end. The body stays in fat burning mode all day w mild cardio(walking). Also its easier to stick to it as an exercise and add it as part of your new lifestyle. Incorporating a light jog is ok too. Good Luck!
@@mizibelle thanks for the advice! I got to day 7 and my knees became really inflamed. Apparently I overdid it with the running. The discomfort is something I never want to feel again. Walking it is!
2 miles away is really a good place to start and build been doing it for 3 weeks definitely helps tone and maintain weight hoping to get to 10 miles 5 days a week
