I sit bench and I asked why and my coach said because your not good enough! And now evertime I step on that court I think of him saying that to me 😭 rip to my confidence and the only reason why I don’t didn’t wanna die
The Original Salty Gamer keep working my guy!! You’re not alone, i’ve been trying to improve and hone my skills but the progress seems so slow.. I don’t wanna give up even though I’m short and below average player, i want to keep playing the game i love💯❤️❤️❤️
Goosebumps.... Sooo many memories blasting this song on my way to play ball in the park at 15, 16 and 17.. Good old times, how fast time flies... I'm 20 now, been through so much shit and blessings in life... basketball never gave up on me though, at times it's my only escape God bless y'all stay strong and keep hooping!
@Jonathan Choi yo appreciate your comment and story brother, time really does fly, I'm turning 22 soon, can't even believe it... I'm always gonna be playing this song, because it's way more than that!
I wanna fly Can you take me far away Gimmie a star to reach for Tell me what it takes And I'll go so high I'll go so high My feet won't touch the ground Stitch my wings And pull the strings I bought these dreams That all fall down
I'm from Philippines and my dream is to make it into the NBA and people's said it's impossible but I ain't gonna die until I reach the top and this video motivated me to do hard work.thank you very much for this video. :)
For 3 staight years i have been listening and watching this video before every bball i game i played in! Thank you! Im now going to high school now and this video came out when i was in 5th grade! My name is julian jackson and you see me up there in the NBA!
This is very inspirational. If anyone is reading this, my name is Dominic Dixon. Remember the name, because I'm goin to the NBA, no matter what anyone says.
Man the world is so blessed to have such a gift as beautiful as basketball. This video really reminds of my dreams, hopes, passion, love, and gratefulness. God bless the world for Basketball. Thank You God 🙏🏽.
Thats what I say man. I love basketball so much and I always say thank the world for the sport that we all know and love. People sometimes think I'm weird but they don't know what true passion is. I will keep grinding and I hope u are too. Hope to see you in the NBA some day 💪🏀
@MAN UTD i wana reply to u because me being an American i hate it when some says soccer but me not being a hater I love that u think that football will be popular but you and i wont be alive to see it sadly 😔
ayy praise the Lord Matthew 19:25-26 KJV When his disciples heard it , they were exceedingly amazed, saying, Who then can be saved? [26] But Jesus beheld them , and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible. He made the way, for pur salvation, through His Son Jesus, only.
@@mam241 There is no son of God. Jesus is a prophet of God just like Mohammad(s.a.w.), Moussa(a.s.), Ibrahem(a.s.)..... More and more. And the bible has written after Jesus lived about 200 years. And 4 bibles. Different ones. Interesting. I suggest you search for Islam just research about it. By the way we respect your believings.
Ty-z RIND im going to prove you not thank you but i will i wont let you down my brother im going to make the nba by the time of 2020 and remember its abdullay haidara
I am truly inspired from this . Im from singapore and I train 4 Hours a day because I was always told that I would never be able to make a living out of basketball but I still trained despite the problems I had in life . I really want to be in the NBA even if theres a really slim chance I'm still going to try my best
Reminds me 2016, playing basketball for hours everyday listening to this song. Tears literally dropping while I’m writing. Now I’m 24 and life is good but I miss those days
Today 16 days before my 16th birthday I dunked for the very first time. First off i would like to thank god, second I would like to thank my parents, third I would like to thank my personal basketball trainer. I’m a 6 foot 155 half black half Native American sophomore from south east Georgia.(same place as Kwame brown).I picked up a ball for the first time since elementary school, a year ago. I didn’t make the team freshman year. I plan on training for 10,000 hours and becoming unstoppable. Every where I go I am doubted so I work hard to prove everyone wrong. I need a scholarship and I know with hard work and help from my trainer I can go even farther. I’m praying for 6 more inches of hight but if I get it or not I’m going to get buckets on anyone who thinks they want it more than me. You don’t have to remember my name because in A few years you will all know it. My advice for anyone who wants what I want, read the book Relentless by Tim S Grover he trained Jordan and Kobe, listen to what he says in his book it’s all true. Grind hard and remember hard work pays off.
Go in man don’t hold back. If you tell people your dreams they will destroy them. But a special breed of people (cleaners like mj, Kobe, dwane and Lebron) actually respond well to this they view it as a challenge and meant it with intensity. If you have want it takes, tell people and let them shoot you down, I. The long run this will only make you better
Thank god for creating this beautiful sport.I can't imagine a life without basketball.every time i hear this song i realize basketball isn't just a sport it completes me,it's a part of me.It's the best sport in the world 👑 BALL IS LIFE BASKETBALL FOREVER 🏀🏀🏀💪💪
The last couple of days I was about to give up playing basketball (after 8 of playing and working hard with passion). But this video made me change my mind pretty quick. Man, this is masterpiece. I had goosebumps all the time and I realized how much I would lose if I quit.
I have been watching this since it first came out and it has always my motivation! Im now in high school and soon i will be going into my sophomore year! I have big dreams and i know what it takes!
This is such a positive comment section! If you dream if being in the NBA, don’t stop dreaming. YOU CAN DO IT! Everyone here is cheering for you, we’ll remember your name. Good luck!

This straight up motivated me. I've lost my motivation and didn't even wanna watch basketball because I knew that coulda been me out there, but instead I was on the couch. Remember my name, Gary Jefferson. Y'all don't know me now, but you will.
I really can not explain, this is so beautiful. This video encourages a lot, altough I don't play basketball, sometimes I played, and I really love it. This video is a drug, i watch it every day, also when I'm sad and I wanna be happy. So motivational❤Really, thank you.
I absolutely love this video. Sometimes I've had enough with everyone and then I play this video. It gives hope, inspiration, and dreams a chance to be shown. Great video.👌😎
Watching the NBA gives me the courage and tells me that its possible. I don't know how far Ill go but I guess If I start working now, Im gonna have to see where I am, what I can do, and who will help me rise. Im 5'8 at 13 decent height but like I said. Ill see where I go.
Who ever made this thank you so much I will watch this video everyday and it will help me strive to be come a better nab player thanks 👍🏾 Edit: yo I posted this a year ago? Man I still be grinding only getting better from here 🔐 striving towards the nab😂
