NDC are not only against FSH school, they are against education in general. My reason- Mahama had funds to pay Ghs27 million capitation grant to cover 6 million basic school students (6 million × Ghs4.5 =Ghc27 million) That sam NDC govt paid Woyome over Ghs 50 million for no work done.

The bursary l had from the government during my secondary school days was more than the thirty eight cedis paid for the day students by John Mahama. He couldn't even pay that money. NPP came in to pay.

Thank God Sammy Gyamfi said Progressively Free SHS Education and not Free SHS Education. NPP has not said they did Progressively Free SHS Education but Free SHS Education. So why is Sammy Gyamfi saying Miracle lied? Miracle is only stating what NDC top Officials said against Free SHS Education which is known by all and only record.
Why is Sammy gyamfi trying to defend a policy that he was less than 18yrs when nana Addo was in a contest with mill? That little boy will live to regret one day.
The NDC did not pay for the so-called progressively free SHS. It took Nana Addo to come and pay the GHc 38.00 per child for 48,000 students they selected across the country.

Progressively or full implementation are two two different delivery approaches of implementing the same policy. Neither Mahama or Akuffo Addo is the the brain behind the policy.
