It’s interesting how the word “Kardashian” triggers so many people. This pudding honestly looks so good. I’m so glad I watched the whole thing. I seriously never knew I could just wait 15 minutes and the chia would gel. I thought you had to wait overnight. I’m so having this asap!

I was thinking, hydrate the Chia in a fruit base like apple juice or orange juice or juiced blueberries. Leave it in the fridge for a couple of days drain and then pour plain Kiefer over it. Add whatever else you like. Make sure the fruit you use for the juice is freshly squeezed.. you can add grapes if you really need it sweet.

@@cherrylu2733 Chia is largely unabsorbed. So it needs to be ground up in a blender/mortar and pestle. Seeds are designed to stay whole and survive the digestive tract so they can be pooped outband reproduce. Plants are evil 😂

Ok… I’m now 3/4 through this video and this is literally a masterclass. Sheeeesh. So much so that I took notes and am taking action on quite a few things. My dad started eating this after finding out he has cancer. He starts his Sunday off by preparing his weekly news. He makes this and makes a lot of it 🥰 he has oats too. Then he cuts up a bunch of different fruit and when ever he or me want, we go in the fridge and open containers, pour some fruit, then chia oat pudding, then granola 🤤 🤤
