Making a selfish argument and putting stefan vs damon is literally the worst possible point you can make.

Incorrect, he still was stalking her we see in episode one, at the graveyard and also the crow hits the windshield, so from my perspective it’s like he was always there we just didn’t hear him say he was watching her through out the series lol. And Damon literally killed her brother, that’s already worse than anything Stefan has done 😂

@@camjam420. i haven’t forgotten that Damon killed Jeremy. But i think since Jeremy came back to life it’s all good. Or maybe that is how some see it.

See I’ve always wondered, technically he compelled her to love him. Because if his love consumes her yet he compelled her to want a love to consume her, isn’t that fake love?

@@cptayne Not really ....Damon didn't say HE was the one , so she fell in love on her own.

@@cptayne that doesn’t make sense because when she turned into a vampire she still loved him, if you don’t know, compulsion disappears once the person compelled turns into a vampire, and it didn’t went away. Also he just compelled her to get everything she’s looking for, but he never said with him

That is one of the reason I thought she would be picking Damon. I figured that was foreshadowing her choice in the episode. I was wrong.

@@elenadehaan6549 I agree, I didn’t want her to pity Stefan by saying oh he’s with my friends etc. Like we all know she would have chose Damon if it was just them 2, although I can’t see how she would choose Damon lol

He didn’t compel her about wanting a love that consumes her he compelled her after that saying to forget him and GET EVERYTHING SHE IS LOOKING FOR if you actually pay attention to it and Stelena is a way worse couple in terms of writing

@@LycanThrobe77 I agree, Stelena is a worse couple in terms of writing because Elena doesn’t deserve Stefan. He’s too good for her. Also he only compelled her to forget what happened, but he still compelled her to want the things he said. Which means yes she wouldn’t have known Damon was an influence, but he still affected the way she looked for love.

@@cptayne No I’m talking in general Stefan is on paper a very boring character on the level of Twilight vampires the only time he’s ever interesting is as the ripper and actually throughout the entire series he actually does much worse things than Damon to a degree as for the compulsion he never once said during that she will want everything he mentioned like a love that consumes her passion and adventure he guessed that’s what she wanted as he’s lived a long time and that’s what I’m sure a lot of women would want but all he said was he wants her to get everything she is looking for which means it was entirely up to her not Damon which means it wouldn’t change anything as for Elena not deserving Stefan I wouldn’t find that accurate but I suppose that depends how you see Elena and I know some really didn’t like her character because of her indecisiveness however Stefan and Damon were both vampires both did terrible things once again because they are vampires and as stated many times it’s in their nature to be that way so if you say she didn’t deserve one then she didn’t deserve the other either I just get baffled when people think Stefan is so superior because he would rather suppress what he is which actually leads to a higher body count than Damon who accepts what he is and can control his bloodlust the only difference really between them is that Stefan’s greatest flaw as a human or strength however you choose to see it is that he felt overwhelming guilt and Damon’s was that he was impulsive and that magnifies when they become vampires which is why they act the way they do anyways I’ve learned from reading and responding to many comments you aren’t going to sway anyone either you are a fan of Stefan or a fan of Damon which means no matter where the show goes from season 1 to 8 you will always hate the other personally I don’t mind either just think Damon was the better written character at least on the show

I was wondering if they was a real thing or if they added it in because of wanting Damon to be with Elena. I know they did something similar on my favorite show with my favorite couple. It’s not always fun when shows due this to put the couple together or brake them up. There are ways you can make this happen without adding unnecessary backstory or scenes.

@@DarthKay093 I’m not a fan when shows add to the storyline when Actors are dating. If it happens organically then it’s fine. Trying to put things together or brake things up because of the actors personal lives is annoying sometimes.

@@MeghansReactions if they didn't added this scene it would've been hard for many tvd fans to accept damon and elena together that is why i never liked damon and elena together

@@DarthKay093 yaa i think the same they diverted from stefan and elena because their scene doesn't remain intense . On the other hand damon and elena scene look epic
