for future reference you can use the bore and stroke to get the displacement of an engine. The Bruckell moonhawk is based off the Pontiac vantura, you can use the bore and stroke to figure out how much extra displacement 2 cylinders would give (I'm not a mathematician, so this isn't exactly meat math) bore is diameter so divide that by 2, times that radius (half diameter) by the same radius, times pi, the given number times stroke.
honestly I'd sell my ears just to have dodge bring back the viper and make it as extreme as they can, like what the dodge demon did for drag racing but for tracks instead.
Swap toe-in with toe-out, tive it more camber and if possible, open up the diff as much as you feel comfortable with and the car will drive as it should 😊
odd how that misinformation is still making the rounds about 15 years later haha it was a new engine derived from a v8 (poor choice, but they made it work), though that v8 was used in many different vehicles
lol sometimes it just takes time to show that there is likes on a video. Though I would be disappointed if no one liked it after I put so much effort into the mod
You should make a Flat 6 for the SBR4, the SBR4 is basically like a Porsche, and its rear-engine so a Flat 6 for that thing would be sick! (There even is a Flat 6 engine and exhaust sound file, i think it was B6_engine, and B6_exhaust
that's hard hard, but would be cool to stretch the front end between axle and doors and then push the engine further back - would be more accurate to viper's weight distribution and proportions
The Bruckell Bastion and Gavril Grand Marshal also have V10 mods which is imo a more accurate representation of the Viper. :) Also didnt you make a V12 lmao. There is also a V12 and i think maybe a V10 mod for the ETK K series.
The car I'm sad that never made it into production was the Ford Mustang Super Stallion. It was a one off project and it went toe to toe with the highend sports cars. As for American car companies, Ford owns Lincoln, Mercury, and Pontiac. (Last 2 have been shut down around 2010) GMC owns Chevy, Cadillac, Buick, and Hummer. Fiat owns Dodge/ RAM, Chrysler, and Jeep.
@@fillman86 Ha. It was way more than just more power. They replaced alot of stuff with carbon fiber, made it run on E85, massively upgraded the suspension and other things. One article said something it would do a quarter mile in 13 seconds while still spinning tires the whole time.
From the one time I rode in a Dodge Viper, "It wants to kill you" was a fairly accurate description. An absolute rocket in a straight line if it doesn't spin it's tires.
Never got to drive a viper car. But I drove the ram srt10 with the viper engine. It would spin tires alllllll The way thru 3rd xD was such a fun truck. + funny story. My boss tried having me tow with it. So I showed him the second you hitched up the heavy trailer work used it would just bottom out the suspension and rub 😂
This video makes me remember the video game Viper, and in my memories, the car was as undrivable as the one you made before we had money for adding a spoiler.
@@fillman86 lol yeah I've been watching through a bunch of your videos and I realize that in hindsight you mentioned a stream of yours... I'm definitely going to try to catch a stream of yours, it's a little hard with you being in the other side of the world, but I figured you have some saved streams I can start with. There's something really satisfying about watching these mods develop. Literally put me to sleep yesterday, in a good way haha. Cheers brother, keep up the awesome work for the beamNG community!
This ETK Viper looks super fun yet difficult to drive and I like it! 😎 I do recall there was a Dodge Viper mod for BeamNGdrive. I haven't checked if its performance was close to its real-life counterpart though... 🤔
do you think you could mod a passenger seat fuel tank for the covet? if you use the trailer body for the covet and remove the trailer and roll cage, it's just a covet split in half but it has no fuel tank, but idk how you'd turn it into a video, just a suggestion
@@fillman86 idk, but the engine you used is based on the gen one viper there are five generations of the dodge viper the engines range from 8L to 8.4L V10
@@fillman86 when they made the first viper chrysler owned lambo so dodge engineers told told the lamboneers to turn there v10 truck engine into a monster.
