As students they steal your phones, laptops(they don't care if you have vital information you haven't backed up), rape people, kill them, why? They don't care how people deal with the consequences. Last time a decent looking gentleman stole my phone whiles I was paying for my transport and immediately alighted the taxi, he ran away before we could catch him.
