"I was a soldier and many felt my blade, i was a hero to some and some i could not save" A regrets of an old veteran retrospecting on his violent past? The song is so powerful and emotional. You can imagine him sitting on his porch, still wearing his camo pants and a dogtag of his best buddy who did not make it through. All those friends lost all those sleepless nights
