Jeff Walker has carved a unique lane in the sport of Motocross. And he admits he was a terrible C-Class rider, but he eventually proved that hard work and consistency can pay off huge.
He now lives as a professional racer and has one of the best followings on RU-vid in the Motocross/Supercross game!

if you don't have your parents paying for bikes and racing don't bother , u need 2 bikes per 2yrs and 10k in parts per year , just ride for fun

Buy a yz250 or yz125 2 STROKE. If you ride either of those fast you can ride anything.

Jeff is awesome. He comes from good dna. Raced his dad at national amateur qualifiers back in the 70’s. He could really turn up the wick.

Man this is a huge inspiration, I got my first “real bike” at the beginning of this year after finally fixing and selling my pit bike and I’ve been riding every Sunday just pushing trying to get better. I’m 16 and I figure it’s probably a little to late to go pro but I really just want to make it to Lorettas once that’s been my dream my whole life, planning on trying my first race next year.

I always though it sad that our sport has that mindset that if you haven’t made it young then there’s no point trying. the Martin bros are a testament to the fact that you can make it if you don’t give up on it

Well damn I started late 13 and wanted to be pro the second I touched the bike (15 now). I didn’t get real serious till earlier this year and looks like from the comments I got a lotta competition 😅 bring it 😈. I want it so bad and nothing anybody says will stop me from giving my 110%. I’ll practice as much as I can and keep my body at it’s physical peak. There’s my testimony for u guys so competition hehe

I didn't start racing competitively until I was 13 and by the time I was 15 I'd say I was around top 10 250 B speed at amateur nationals, but it's just soooo hard to make it to big races if your family can't afford to attend big events, then it's hard to get recognition/sponsors/support. This sport is shitty in that way.

@@GYPSYTALES You know I liked your interviews with Ricky and Chad but then you go and make yourself sound, well maybe a little foolish. Stop for a minute and look at how many wins Walker has at a local level. How many wins? How many local series? I don't know myself but I know I've never seen a win or two. before I set out to run the nationals and supercross I made sure I could win local races and I at least had factory support. This was Southern California where more likely than not factory guys were showing up. Maybe that's why Jeff feels the need to burn through cash running these races because that's the only way he'll ever line up with fast guys. I wanted to win races and win money and I didn't care if I did it at the nationals or the local 7 eleven parking lot. You pretending like this guy is fast because he has a youtube channel is laughable and sad all at the same time.
