I work for a bank and I caught this scam yesterday. Saved our customer $34k!!!

When they say they're going to refund the money, have them go buy gift cards and give you the codes

My mom was in a bad bicycle accident and she has gotten scammed before. My mom is a true angel from heaven and it hurt me so bad to see her cry. I like that this one actually turned into an almost cruel non caring victim later on. I'd love to be able to see more of that kind of thing with scammers where the "victim" turns nasty and cruel and decides they don't care if the scammer loses their job and they'll just keep the money for themselves, as well as just constantly calling the scammer out on their empty death threats and challenging them to hang up first. (Potentially meaning they don't get paid if I've heard the rumors right)

Scammers have called me about this and many other Scams. I like the one where they called me and told me that my social security number has been used for laundering money lol . I always tell him a different name different address and then they start running all that down to me after about 10 minutes telling me if I make a payment to the deputies that could stop me from being arrested blah blah blah. I will tell them there's no such thing as any warrants on me or any social security number of mine out there that my name isn't even the name I gave them they hang up on me. I get a kick out of doing what this man does to them. I just love it. I real them in like a big fish and then I break the line.💙 keep this up young man you are helping a lot of seniors out there. By making these videos fun to watch, the videos are educational. Grannies ramblings are the best never laughed so much and to see these scammers coming apart at the end is the best reward.
