probably not, if police actually finds all of that in a car along with a minor they're required to make an arrest because of all of the felonies. speeding is one thing, drug possession and intent to distribute is completely different. leaving broken glass on the floor would also be an extreme safety hazard to others. if this is true (unlikely), then the cop would've/should've been fired for being extremely unprofessional, but it's entertaining all the same.

Aleah Irani here's the thing, even though I hate most police officers so goddam much, there are a handful of them who are doing this job because they actually care and they will let people off because they know everyone makes mistakes and that one decision doesn't define a person. so, be thankful that some let you go rather than them all being like robots and charging every person with a crime just because it's the law. yeah it sucks that you can get fucked over meanwhile someone else who did the same thing will get off Scott free, but it's all karma in the long run. I've been charged twice with bullshit possession of .2 of a gram of weed (aka literally the end roach of a blunt that you wouldn't even attempt to smoke anymore) along with paraphernalia for a grinder that wasn't even mine, just happened to be near me in my friends car. so I've had my share of being absolutely fucked by a cop when I know others would just take the stuff we had and throw it away then give someone a warning. and to top it all off, possession of marijuana under 1/4 pound is now basically legal where i live in maryland, you just get a 100-500$ fine and sent on your Mary way. but I just had to get caught 2 years before they passed the new law. so really, I could choose to be salty as fuck, but it taught me a lesson about who to hang out with and how to carry myself in serious situations like that. and I can proudly say I haven't been charged or arrested since. I'm sure tana knew the people she was with were sketchy as fuck and complete idiots but just went with the flow like I did because she just was hoping to have a good time in the long run. but who you surround yourself with can determine your fate in so many ways it's not even funny..
