Running a business and starting a business is just like parenting no one has no clue what to do when then start they just learn as the go. You hit this you have already started and have been running a successful coaching business this is different but you are a business owner already you got this! The journey is the part you will look back on its a lot but you got it! Your business is going to take off I already know and I’m so excited for it I’m hoping if you have athletes or affiliates down the road for it I want to be one of the first!

I opened a small business recently and I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing, but I'm freaking doing it and it's working out pretty well! It has been such a blessing opening my own business. My advice is to get advice from people who have already gone through this process before. They're so helpful and knowledgeable.
Hi Kayla! Do you do programmed workouts or when you go to the gym, do you just do whatever exercises you want to do that day for whichever muscle group you are focusing on? If that makes sense…Also What leggings are those?!
