Kumar Mangalam Birla reminisced about his journey as a successful businessman. Birla said that he was extremely lazy in his youth, and credited his father for making him the man he is today. He also spoke about dealing with failure, calling it a stepping stone to success. Birla was speaking at the 17th edition of the Hindustan Times Leadership Summit.

My father works in his company.. People need to support their employees if they have given 30 year of life to the company and when they suffer physical problems the leaders ought to provide them some relief. from Rishra,WB

there is no concept of private jobs in India & government jobs are more than private jobs in India so the people in private sector are unemployed , government should act on this......this will solve the job crisis problem of India
