Impressive that you highlight areas of improvement. More refs should do this which I reckon will help leagues flourish and also gain more respect for refs which is needed in football.

Thanks for sharing, a great watch. I would add that those push/pull/handball hand signals you make are not necessary, well done, good luck for your promotion
