Idk because me personally I have ptsd and suffer from sleep insomnia and weed is the only thing that helps me sleep at night. I was prescribed Xanax and other sleeping pill that all have you addicted and feeling down and now must nights because I smoke weed I can go some nights without it and sleep ok

Stop saying you need weed and begin to say you can fucntion without it. Re-imagine the past event in the way you would have liked. Or accept that it's part of you and work on how you want your life to be by focusing your mind on tomorrows evetns with excitement. When going to sleep every night, whatever bothered you during the day must be replyed in your mind the way you'd like so you feel good. You can practice by replaying the days events how you'd like backwards. I.E. 1. Brushing our teeth till getting in bed 2. Messaging on phone 3. Eating and watching TV/browsing 4. LEaving from work, etc. Self-audit by journalling with introspection everyday. Write what you think about that's bothering you. If you're feeling guilt or shame address why and eradicate it. Keep going and be fully honest with yourself. Don't share it with a single soul. Even your girl or best friend. Win one day at a time my g!
