I can relate. Well done my sister I am inspired. I was retrenched in 2011 and started my business in 2014 and made R5 on my first day and R79 that first month. Today I have 7 branches, employed 21 people and turning over few millions. A franchise on the cards

This right here, this!! This gives me so much hope. I find myself in a similar situation. She found her thing, she became an author. Her curiosity lead her to her destiny. Oh I so wish that I also find my thing. But for now, I'll keep trying different ventures until I find it.

This happened to me one time after working for the company for 8yrs...,But after,when I looked back I realised God was taking me in a better place.

I bought a copy of your book and after browsing through the book, two of my colleagues also bought a copy each. Goes to show just just how relevant and relatable the book is. My prayer for society in this age of high unemployment is that as many people as possible, get to unearth their God-given talents and live up to their full potentials on this earth. To be honest, the false security offered by 9-5 jobs and basic salaries has left many of us living way below what we're truly capable of.

I really hate serving notices because already my mind and energy is not on the job I would be doing at that time, how can you be productive when you know you no longer have the job you wanted so much.

Such an inspiring story. I can relate..cz I also remember when I was retrenched. They told us they had to use a process called "last one in, first one out" and unfortunately for me I was still on contract for 2yrs in that organizations.

I came to Sweden 25yrs ago with $40 my daughter gave me but look later in the year I sent it back I worked as a cleaner because those days to get a job you need to learn to speak Swedish I could not even get a job as a cabbage collector or Clean underground station a gabbage collector in Sweden earns about 900kr an hour those jobs are only for Swedish men or women cleaning stations you'll earn about 28000kr a month in South Africa I worked for the Spar group on the warehouse...here in Sweden I found out that you can work for as many companies if you can ...I was so good in my work I became the supervisor..then I worked for other two companies never haf a life for 16 years cleaners here in Sweden we earn more than doctors corporate people I fdid what I wanted home south Africa I'm 76 I'm still working very hard so I conquered Sweden
