You've kind of got to look at who he is working out training and practicing with. I wouldnt call them MLB caliber. So i'm not sure how we can expect him to get back to that level

@@SnarkyMcSnarkles Isn't Eric's team big leaguers (outside of himself obviously lol) but wasn't that the premise of the last video? He got a bunch of extra help by bringing in actual talent? Also, these are just videos, he could be actually training with other people and just not recording or posting it.

​@@sporemaster97Very good points all the way around. Trevor is probably throwing at about 85% in these videos. He definitely isn't going full game mode. He does these kinds of workouts so he can stay competitive and hone in on the strike zone. He was staying right around 92mph on his fastball. He's got a good 5 or 6 mph in the tank still. Also, he doesn't have a big league catcher catching him which can make a big difference with his confidence. There are a lot of factors not a play but the guys on Eric's team weren't chumps by any means. You're definitely right about there being a lot that we don't see. I find it interesting that other people think that what they see in videos being shot for content is the only thing happening. There's so much more behind the scenes.
