should probably make a domain or way for everyone to connect who bought into cxcoin. and from there, discuss further action to be taken in a legal method. edit: a lawsuit would be an absolute landslide win because there are multiple prior stories of ice poseidon scamming people or attempting illegal activities -- such as the credit card story, his silent browser miner scam, etc. ice poseidon is a repeat offender.

My question is when you say the coin and hype just died and the liquidity was just sitting there, we’re u not able to take out the investment you put in? If it was locked And he pulled all your guys money out as soon as it was unlocked then I understand. However, if it was possible to take out your investment while the coin was basically dead and abandoned than that’s your fault for keeping it in there. Idk how this shit works so let me know if that’s true or not

In order to get your money you have to have a buyer willing to purchase your portion. That is the hardest to do when it’s stagnant and the communication is mute. It’s simply put not that simple for most everyone who invested. Paul would have had to pull the liquidity and to do the right (moral) thing and refund those who purchased-to the best of my knowledge. Instead he pulled out and ran.
