not true on stripes at the back. they are inconsistent depending also on the size. bought mine from adidas directly. when you also check the regular 3.0 boost at the back, the number of stripes differ.

I ordered a pair on Amazon and from Amazon and got a completely different pair in the box, but happened to be a colorway I liked more (I guess lucky me), however this had me very suspicious. Upon closer inspection (especially with the super helpful details in this video plus reading through the comments) they definitely look completely legit. Amazon stuck their own product sticker over the original Adidas sticker, but it was the wrong sticker, so maybe some human error in the warehouse when putting their own barcodes on things.

The stripes on the back don't really show it's not legit but the insole, rounded toecap pattern, and the outsole make it totally obvious. They are SCARY-good fakes. Ya'll in the comments saying they're real are finna get scammed.

The stripes are not always the same on all CNYs. It's not always 4. I bought mine in Adidas store in China and the left pair has 4 stripes and the right pair has 5.

apart from the outsole and the toe box my cny's are the same, I have 4 stripes and mine are size 9. tho then again if the boost is real then idk if its a just factory defects.

Hey I had a question so on my ultra boosts so when I shine a flashlight on the bottom and it’s yellowy green. But when I shine the light around the toe area of the boost I see this red lettering. I can’t see what the letters are cuz it’s blurry. Plz check your pairs and tell me if you have this same thing

High-end Yeezy/Ultraboost replicas use authentic Boost. That's the only way they can actually make money since the shoe is actually just as comfortable as the real thing.

If you were buying them sold as very good fakes then that would be fine and if you wore them out and about my bet is nobody would say anything in fact you would likely get compliments from sneaker heads. But it's the same thing with all those Asian countries, there is a roaring trade in fakes and has been for decades, so if you say bought them as fake but very good fake for $60, because I bet you anything the locals ain't paying $200 for fakes then it would be alright, and tbh I'd buy them myself as I'm like you where I have plenty of "real" sneakers and nobody who knows me would question me. But lesson learned and at least you got your money back I read. Did you have to send the shoe back?

I've had the shiny outsole on ultra boosts directly from ADC. If you put them on and walk around, they squeak like crazy and then once you've walked around for about 5 minutes, take them off and look at the sole again and they look normal. It's just new rubber. If you're buying resale, they aren't going to be shiny because someone's already put them on and walked around for a while.

I'll be honest, I'd still wear them out and cop 100%. They only look fake when you look closely and analyze them, which nobody will do. Kinda sucks you paid so much for them though

Hello, I found the video very informative. I don't own a pair of boost as of yet but I'm looking to purchase a pair. The few that I've seen on Ebay have a 'Continental' tag attached to the sneaker. It seems kinda odd to me, some what of a red flag. When you purchased your pair, did it come with the same tag attached on the side?

the way you can tell real boost is hold a flashlight under the boost. see if the boost looks like clear silica balls. if so ...real. if it looks like dark pebbles ...fake

I have real mystery blues, granted that I've really worn mine in and I'm about 220lbs, the insoles are pretty flimsy. Not sure the flimsy insole means they're fake

I copped a pair of ultraboost uncaged recently and i have the same shiny outsole but except for that,everything seems real, all the english wordings and lables. I did not suspect it because that pair was released 2-3 years ago so maybe the old outsole would look like that, can you or anyone help me to check it out? Thanks

I bought a pair of CNY UBs from Sole Supremacy....It seems like my pair is legit but they do have only 4 stripes on the heel but so do my Zebras and I got those directly from Footlocker in person..I think that might be bad information but other than that, good vid..thanks for the comparison....

Hoping i can still get a response even though this vid is a couple months old...just bought a 9.5 pair off ebay and literally everything matches the other UBs i own, sole, laces, boost material, upper, and the bottom doesnt have a glossy/shiny finish like yours in the video the only problem is the fact that they have 4 stripes. I have fake ones of these, the continetal outsole wasnt shiny on mine, but at the abckheel it has 3 black stripes. Other then that mine are spot on and literally noone can tell. Well i havent seen anyone on the streets with them like me anyways. My fakes costed me 50bucks, so I was happy.

man those are amazing, I have those and at first thought those are legit. also on legit ultra boost on the torsion system on the center bottom of the shoe there is a little dot. its on all the legit pairs, almost looks like an imperfection but its on all of them. couldnt tell if that one had it or not but its something to look at. did u try them on, as comfy as retail UB?
