This is the first track of their Unleash EP. They opened their set at Lollapalooza with it. "Oh, cute Japanese girls in maid dresses, this will be kawaii!" and they punch you in the gut with something like this. Then Saiki appears from behind Akane's kit, picks up her microphone and asks "How is everybody doing?" Well, pretty fine, my dear. Pretty f*in' fine. I love the piano and strings in the backing track. MISA's bass is
To my knowledge they've done five songs intended to be instrumentals: "Onset", "From Now On", "Without Holding Back", "Don't Be Long" and "Dawn Winery Theme". They've done quite a few "bonus" tracks that are versions of songs that originally had lyrics and "waltzes", three I think, that were written as music intended for their stage intros at live shows. If you watch a video (MV or official live) for "Warning" it has "Maid Waltz" type intro. They are actually incapable of doing wrong.
Great reaction to a piece of music that simply blows you away, they do a few instrumentals, and all are bangers,,check out,Onset, official live, and,Without Holding Back mv,enjoy.
Thanks again from Japan 有難う💛。 I witnessed this song performed live three times with this MV quality in Tokyo & Kawasaki and dropped my jaw three times 😲. I believe so did many of American audience in their recent three US tours. This song has been normally played in the middle of the setlist to give Saiki some break. They played this song, however, as opening at festivals and in Guns N' Roses concert in Japan as support to the legendary band. Yeah! they showed off their skills and talents to the audience who knew nothing about the girls in maid outfit on the stage. I felt as if I heard them screaming "Hey guys! Listen to us and open your eyes wide! We are not the persons that you think ! Salute us!" 😄
FYI...she is not SOLOING she is playing a written piece of music. Every note has been predetermined. The whole band will sound pretty much the same every time it's played. Incredible composition!!
Sorry those who asked for this one failed as fans by not mentioning its an instrumental :) Tho reactors do usually notice fairly quickly there is only 4 of them on stage- so without Saiki and no singing they soon catch on- but its much better to warm reactors still so they are not waiting for 'the song to start' rather than listening.
