I think Treach was right about how he should've been moving. I know 2Pac actions cost him his life but the people who was supposed to be his security that night failed him isn't about being a bitch they should've took the most secure measures that night so if it was for him to be in a car with tinted windows in the back seat then do that no way he should've been visible after that incident they knew Orlando reputation on the streets that he was nobody to be played with

Treach and Mutah were real ones to Pac, loyal to this day. We all can sit here and wish he had worn a vest, rolled with tinted windows, etc. But Pac was stubborn and wanted to roll like a normal person, even though he was famous. The way Pac brought attention to real issues, was a truth speaker, someone who called people out... I believe even if he had wore a vest in Vegas and had survived; eventually someone still would have got to him sooner or later unfortunately. It was already written.

Define "REAL" ?? Because Mutah & Treach saw Jimmy Henchman and never handled their business....Treach is a solid thoro head but he's not no official murderer....How do I know that?? Because Treach wouldn't be walking the streets as a free man....Mutah is an always was a true wanksta! Beating up people smaller than you inside clubs doesn't solidify you as an official niqqa...Today he's hiding behind his religion for protection...Just like 2pac's biological father said what did the Outlawz do for 2pac besides using him??

Regardless if 2pac always wore a vest or not, Treach was 100% right saying that after Quad he "should" have always had it on and definitely, at the very least, should have put one on after the Vegas incident with an active gangbanger. All the pieces were off on that night. 2pac made multiple bad judgement calls, Suge wasn't on point, security wasn't on point, homies weren't on point. Back to the vest though...If I remember correctly, the bullet that punctured and caused the removal of a lung which ultimately caused the cardiac arrest was not directly shot in the chest. Apparently it hit his hip bone (I think) and ricochet up in the lung, bypassing any vest that would've should've could've been on. It's sad that everything was aligned perfectly for him to meet that fate.

If I were his security, he would’ve never gotten in the car without a vest and a pistol. Everyone would’ve been strapped and vested due to that incident. Frank should’ve been more vigilant and positioned his vehicle properly for a counter attack and rammed and fired upon the caddy at the first shot or first sight of the arm out. Don’t know about the 90s but law enforcement has a thing called, vehicle counter ambush training, VCAT, and Frank claiming to be law enforcement before doing EP should’ve used his brain. Personally, I blame frank Alexander for that night. Should’ve been on point and ready for an attack. With the females on one side, he should’ve been looking at the other side. Him being military too, he should’ve been aware of diversionary tactics used in combat, regardless if they had part or not. Frank failed and I blame him for Pacs demise.

It’s hard to recall tons of details from 25-30 years ago and eventhough I don’t always agree with some of the view points on unprovable parts of the death row story, I do think Reggie is doing his best to put the facts out there best as he can recount them, and does a great job of letting us as fans know the death row history to the very best and I appreciate it. @@almightytre3730 to me that’s like, not wearing a condom because “you didn’t wear one last time”, when you know your women is at that point in her cycle where she is at a high risk of getting pregnant. Pac had just beaten an active gangbanger. He and the people around him had to have known the heat was on. It was literally 3 hours later that Pac got killed, in the very same city. Actually as I type this out I get it. What Treach said was 100% valid. I think Reggie feels guilty about it somehow.

@Jwebb-zh9gj Pac and Death Row got into altercations all the time like that, especially with gang members . That wasn't something out of ordinary for Pac to feel like he gotta wear a vegas.

The way he was moving, a vest was not going to stop, what was coming. Had they not gotten him that night he would have been putting even more people in danger because they would have been looking for him and anyone around him would have gotten a stray.

Nah Reggie, yall messed up. Suge and Pac should have been rollin in a armored car with bulletproof glass. Scarface ordered the bulletproof Porsche and that movie was from 1983. This aint Monday morning quarterbacking...this is basic security measures and common sense. Suge said the car had a stash spot...why not have it bulletproofed if you doing all these other customizations?

Reggie can't force suge to ride around in bulletproof cars that would've been Pac & suge choice. They were riding around with the windows down, blasting music with their jewelry on obviously wanted to be seen. So, with all of that being said, it does really sound like They wanted to roll like that?

And Pac should have told Reggie about the fight, and Frank should have stayed with Pac, and Suge should not have been so full of himself thinking he was gangster. And the biggest issue of all, Pac didn't know LA gang members, and should have left Orlando alone. That would have saved his life.
