Thank you guys for the comments like usual the first video is ALWAYS FIRST IMPRESSIONS! I always do a follow up video after with the better teams/playstyle lol but yeah I was wrong percival went from mid to skip if I’m using this playstyle taking 2.5 turns to build up and not one shot is insane

Imagine using support unit and complaining that he doesn't do enough damage and that he makes your team live through damage equals to 2 or 3 fullhp of you units (so escanor can't get his attack buff).

@@trythis610 no one is complaining about him being a support lol I legit said “HIS PLAYSTYLE” doesn’t work well for the meta and especially his team because Escanor want ur team dying and Arthur wants his card used the second turn ?? And were you watching the video gelda was close to killing me Everytime LOL? But I survived because of my box cc and constellation lol

@@Marilli typing "lol" multiple times doesn't make your points better (just fyi) 1) You were definitely complaining the whole video 2) Playstyle of using 2 persi cards on a turn where you supposed to do damage with esca and arthur indeed doesn’t work well - but it is "player skill" problem and not team/meta problem. Using 2 persi cards works incredibly well going second 3) the only reason gelda was close after her first turn is because she wasn't the only unit. Going first with arthur you supposed to kill everything but gelda on 2d turn. Again - skill issue

@@trythis610 you right typing lol doesn’t make my point better what does make it better is “I’m using the Unit in High Tier PvP which makes it more Valid or How My points align with other creators ?” Kinda weird how that works. 1. This video is legit title “ Percival Infinite Recovery Buff” which means I’m using his Playstyle since if you actually listen last video wanted to see that. 2. It’s obvious you haven’t played the unit calling him a go 2nd unit because you witness content creators like myself who are 16 mil box cc and above “Barely Survive Demons when going first” but good luck on your summons! He’s mid and that’s okay

@@Marilli "High Tier PvP" is top 100. Not champion5 like 8:19. It is end of the week so everybody competent already reached challenger 1. And that is fine if it was your only reason - playing suboptimally for showcase. Last video you didn't understand anything about his passive so it can't count at all 2. He is guild wars unit in the first place (gets his passive turn1) and going second unit secondly. I did try him - he is great. It seems you have no understanding of the main difference between going 1st and 2nd - going second you use crit def gear and do not use CC food (here hp food worked better for me than dodge) Going second team is much tankier than going first (with 14% hp and better gear) so weaker boxCC acount will be comparable or even better at tanking than your whale 16m boxCC going first. I am happy to educate you on a game you have been playing for years! As long as you are willing to learn

i think that he is still a must pull if you want to play humans, as a f2p human player. I tried using them going second and first, going second i lost every single time to a real player/good one, even going FIRST i lost so much more than i shouldve. My main problem was that i would just get full wiped firt turn against demi-urges, and that even if I didn't i would not heal and damage enough to survive the second one. This percival is basically what i think human team needs. Going first is easy since you also dont care about getting infected since u should still win, and going second with dodge food should be insane too.

i think that (and i know it sounds typical), but it wont matter to you and whales in general as they could survive before but the real shit does come when someone with almost the same box cc out ccs u without dodge and actually knows how to play

@@MohamadArabi-l6r yeah. This guy didn't lose a match, he only lost 1 character in 1 game (and won next turn) - but still he is complaining about persival. Persival provided double/triple fullheals for the entire team, but apparently it is not good enough. For those whales and youtubers if character doesn't do 999999 damage - he is trash

Thing is, without him, no one wouldnt even dare to use humans in the current meta. And yet here we are, despite playing a stall match against Gelda, there is still that chance to win. He was never gonna be that damage dealer but he gives Humans a long enough survival to at least level off with Gelda. Otherwise, it is simply a case of which higher CC demon team wins. Those who don't like this play style dont have to use him but you cant discount the fact that he opens up that tiny probability that Humans could be used. And in Hero Arena, he is definitely gonna be very useful for those who can only go second.

It's true that without him no one will want to face the demon team using humans, but with him you're still taking a lot of risks, especially going second.Gelda and Demiurge annihilate him on the first turn if they play correctly, I've even seen Fitoria with 2 cards delete him from the match without her boost

this playstyle is meant for going second. the fact that you can reapply your passive doesnt mean you should do that every time. it depends on a situation. This character is probably must summon for guild wars (where he gets his stack turn 1) and for lowCC accounts going second. Cuz going second you have your healing on opponent turn, then you use 2 persi cards and merge for 1 more turn of healing (so you survive) and then you go in with arthur and escanor

Gelda stole the showcase. Percy is missing crits on his juiced up turn left and right. When he didnt kill that Meli i was dumbfounded. No way his damage isnt just bugged or shadow nerfed lmao. But people will look at his recovery and talk about his potential. When the reality is he is inconsistent with his healing and damage is subpar at best.

Percival is literally not meant to be a dps. He's a support and he's neither a UR nor fest unit so it makes sense. Human team doesn't need another dps when it consists of UR Escanor and UR Arthur. DK Meli is supposed to be dealt by Escanor and Arthur still. Percival is just there to give them buffs while his recovery can come in clutch. Ofcourse it won't always work as it had a set rule that the damage is suppose to surpass 30% of hp, if it has no minimum cap then it would be too broken because he'll just heal hundred thousands of hp per damage on his team. LR King on the other hand was the one that was supposedly shadow-nerfed. JP players are already talking about it too.

I did some demon testing in ungeared and geared and tbh give meli festarossa commandment and use gelda's aoe last cuz humans will go for meli first and you should be pretty good. Dodge food and you cook, all that given you have demiurge
