FIRST SIGHTING! WHOOHOO!
Our little fox family finally showed themselves today...at least Mom and Pop did.
They are a full 4 weeks later surfacing this spring than in 2022. The only thing I can guess is that this year's weather was much colder and snowy than last spring, and it kept them hidden under the granary.
OR!...it could also be that they just moved in last night or this morning sometime. I can never know for sure, but I'm certainly happy and relieved to see them because, with them not being here I was pretty certain that the Momma had been killed.
