The rules of engagement are more guidelines anyway right?
I first played it back when I started this channel before its big 1.0 release, and it was a hard game even back then. The new update brings a campaign-like system where you fight your way through levels arresting suspects who’ve been doing… various things. Taking you to whole new maps like Drug dens, nightclubs, even SWATTING a twitch streamer.
