@evolutionspace_us put their rocket Gold Chain Cowboy well past the Karman line and into space on April 22, 2023. Fortunately for me, I was asked to be their dedicated camera guy and video producer!
This S Motor Impulse rocket is 10 inches in diameter and weighs over 900 pounds. It accelerated to a maximum velocity of Mach 5.2 ( Around 4,000 miles per hour) in just a matter of seconds and continued onto an altitude of 124.5 kilometers (408,456 feet).
This Hypersonic rocket is Evolution Space's first rocket to reach space.
