I'm not sure he was pressured into it the way you describe. I agree that the whole idea of being in a spy organization so young may have impacted him, especially since he did have other passions, but when he first got into spy work in the first movie, he was scared because his parents had been kidnapped and he had little confidence in his abilities. He wasn't exactly good at normal school life either, if you recall. But spying gave him confidence, helped him get over his fears. And it was a family thing, something they had in common that they could do together. Heck, he was the one who insisted to George Clooney that any assignment that involved one Cortez should involve all the Cortezes, so the issue wasn't with being a spy. They stood against the typical spy mindset, they bucked tradition and worked together as a family. But that... kind of got ignored in this film. While the OSS allowed spy children to become part of the company, as the Spy Kids division grew, the bureaucracy of the OSS started getting in the way. Juni wasn't able to work with his parents anymore (which I wish had been brought up in this film, since that was such a big theme last time, but at least they can freely talk about spy work amongst themselves). And people like Gary and Gertie turned everything into a competition, something the system rewarded based on the old rules of every spy for themself. I don't think he realized how big the issue was until the events of the film, when he saw how men like Gary and Donnagan could easily work the system so that it served them instead of a greater good. I don't blame him for leaving either, but the issue wasn't that he was peer pressured into this life, it's that the system subsumed what he liked about the work.
