Does anyone else leave the video they are watching when they see Danielle has posted? Love this channel. Danielle, you have such a good eye for thrifted items and your home is beautiful.
Love your pieces of green and white transferware and your green books. It's a colour I use in my decor all year round. I would have purchased the green and white bunny plate.
Danielle I love your decorating style. You were born a century too late, I can see you in the Victorian era in your beautiful mansion surrounded by all of your beautiful things and dressed in those amazing costumes of that era. You would look so beautiful with your amazing hair.
Thank you! I would have to live in a different state if I was wearing all those layers haha I might pass out from the heat here & then they’d throw me in the asylum for uncontrollable fainting spells!! Hahah 😂
Wonderful finds! Can you imagine what those Victorian ladies would say when they found out that their $4 silver caddy would one day be bought for $25?? I would think $4 would be a lot of money in Victorian times, my grandfather said he paid $3 a month for rent in the 1940's! Great video, much love from California ❤
You find the most breathtaking pieces! My husband asked what I wanted for my birthday. I showed him your videos and he asked what treasure I wanted....I said ALL of them😍😁
Love your silver pieces.so pretty. I found a silver teapot for 6 dollars and a silver dresser set for 6 at and estate sLe.I just love how you style things
Well Done, Danielle ! Your patience paid off ! Great video, thank you lovely lady ❤️. I liked that curved Stone coloured Mantle Vase you picked up early on in the video, but you didn't purchase that. Wonderful Table display with your new items. All absolutely Made To Measure ! I thought at one point you were going to buy EVERYTHING 😂 Jazzy Junque is a really top and great place ! As always, thank you so much 👏🌹🇬🇧
Oh Danielle, your crystal centerpiece is gorgeous! I'm so glad you went back and got a deal on it. It just makes your table look beautiful! Everything you found was perfect.💯❤❤
Oh that wasn’t what I meant. She has had her collection in storage for years because she doesn’t care to collect anymore but she wants to sell them and there isn’t really a huge market for reselling jasperware Wedgewood.
Nice! I gulped when I saw all of those trophies. The antique fair had some neat stuff. And you got some neat stuff too. More lost ancestors. Love the vintage spoons. You always find the best stuff!
Beautiful pieces and so happy for you were able to get your silver plated set 1/2 off way to be thrifty. Everything is styled to perfection as always. 💜💜💜
One summer, before COVID was a household word, I found condiment pieces at an estate sale, but it wasn’t until a little while later that I learned there should have been a base holder, then I cried. 😢 I didn’t know what it was, nor to look for the base, and I’m sure the family didn’t know either. I would have bet that it was there somewhere. Yours is styled so perfectly, and that double handled silver piece is amazing too! Your house is lends itself well for your decorating style. Mine is cool looking at first glance, but quite awkward to work with & my husband’s ideas for decorating add even more challenges. 😂
Oh Danielle I love that new piece and those amazing books to research items you are interested in. That green platter on your wall is beautiful and your room is lovely. I like your style.
Love this thrift store. You asked if we thought the lamp was truly a hundred and twenty five years old. I would have to say yes because it is 2024. So that lamp is only from around 1900.
I love your haul! Your table centerpiece looks so pretty! When you were showing your china cabinet I thought your soup tureens are beautiful!Enjoy everything!!!!😁🏺🍜🎀👍
Great finds! Wonderful video!! I’m curious about that second silver plated piece. It doesn’t look like it would have been for pickles since it’s tapered at the center. I’ll have to do research. Your dining room is lovely ❤
Such a lovely dining room. I used to collect Ironstone fossil. But I've only kept a couple of pieces that belong to my grandparents. At 81 I'm partly disabled and so not doing much decorating these days but I love to watch you young girls as you create your holmes. Blessings from New Mexico
I do love wedgwood!!! I have two lamps of the lavender on cream on the nightstands in my bedroom that I purchased at an antique fair about 15 years ago.
Too funny! I was there a week or 2 ago and bought the framed cross stitch piece you showed! I had a hard time passing up the green and white table cloth too.
Omg! All of the vintage napkins and doilies and tablecloths; I am obsessed with vintage doilies right now, and have more than I actually have room for and it looks like a grandma lives in my house but at this point I don’t care because they’re so beautiful.
I totally agree; I don’t have a lot of people that come over to my house anyways so I decorated with what makes me happy. I went to a junk show, which is kind of like an antique show here, and I spent $35 on antique doilies, and it was me and a 70 something year old lady both pulling through the same box and we were having the best conversation about antique doilies and napkins. ❤
Very pretty! I wouldn't have been able to cover that top old book up but like how it turned out. Also the prices on the linens were too good. Would not have been able to leave without some. 😊
Hi Danielle, Just discovered your channel and I absolutely love it ! Decided to subscribe so here I am. Now I am going to start binge watching . Love the music..... Looking forward to your next video.
After seeing your reveal and style, I thought of those 2 plates with green trim would of been great with your decor. It was 11:04 into the video. Maybe salad plates?
*Danielle, YES that lamp you asked about IS 125 years old❣️🥰 I am glad you asked and that I could reply, because my parents were Antique Dealers for 45+ years and their Specialty was OLD Kerosene Lamps. You would NOT BELIEVE the GORGEOUS OLD LAMPS from the 1800's at my parent's house❣️ I am happy to say my parents gave me one of those 1800's antique hanging ceiling lamps with the chimney and a burgundy with florals hand painted glass shade with the hanging crystals all around the base for my livingroom. You would love it, Danielle, because it is just your colors❣️😉 Now, back to your video.....*
*Danielle, that Haeger Pottery Pitcher at **4:35** for only $15 WAS A STEAL...and IMHO, such a beautiful, neutral color❣️😉😍🤎 Oh, Danielle, I am so THRILLED for you that the Quadruple Plated Silver Castor Set was STILL THERE - and that you were able to purchase it for ONLY $25.00 at 1/2 PRICE‼️🙉🤎 YAY, IT WAS MEANT TO BE❣️* *I love that little lidded crockery jar with the pear 🍐 and raspberry fruit design at **5:20** and your beautiful sage colored ceramic lotus flower bowl at **7:31**, too❣️ I would have purchased them BOTH‼️😉🥰* *On another note, the music 🎶🎵 🎶 used in this video is the most beautiful, soothing and serene music 🎶 I have ever heard, and it truly enhanced your video and made it so peaceful, tranquil and enjoyable, too...keep up the GREAT WORK‼️👍🏼🙉 I REALLY enjoyed this video❣️ Thank you for showing us how you staged everything and added bits and pieces of greenery and gorgeous sage colored ribbon to bring the freshness of Spring to your vignettes. 😊 I am a big fan of tassels, too - I have them all over my home - so I understand why you liked those taupe lampshades with the tassels so much. 😁*
I love your decorating style. To be truthful- I’m way older than you and have collected and accumulated quite a collection of lovely things, holiday as well so I guess I’ve evolved into a more is more person. As much as I enjoy decorating and finessing my displays- I’m encouraged to know when it’s time to purge, that a simple curated style such as yours can be esthetically beautiful. My husband is a less used more. He can’t wait!😅❤
I've looked everywhere for the primitive needlepoint with abc's!! They have a specific name,(brain cramp, can't think of it🥴)very collectable and hard to find. But I love needlepoint pieces of any kind. That lamp was stunning, and its probably that old 🤷♀️ I have one that's almost 90yrs old. The little lamp shade was so cute! Beautiful linens❤and good prices! And the beautiful hen on nest, she's still there! The caster set you purchased is stunning, great price too. The silver piece is so so pretty! You should google lens it and find out what it is! Love the table setting❤ You always style everything so beautifully! Thanks for sharing😊
*Tammy, are you perhaps trying to think of the name "Sampler" when referring to the embroidered piece with the letters and numbers? Happy to jump in and help, so you don't get a cramp in your brain, LOL‼️🤣🤣🤣❤*
When you see something of value and you buy it, you are not being "bad". We don't really thrift because we have "a need". We are past that point long ago!
Everything looks so lovely in your dining room! You truly have an eye for pulling together your wonderful finds! Now all you need is a couple Victorian press back chairs to complete the look!
Well thanks a lot Danielle...now I'm gonna repaint my dining room creamy white! Lol! Love, love, love this video! Where'd you get, or what is the little light green spriggy stuff?
I don't know what that was with the dog and cat playing it looked like a rug but it could have been a wall hanging That would have been worth a lot of money I have one I would love to HAD that
I like your style and the things you chose. Am I the only one that thinks so called "thrift stores" have lost their minds when pricing? Sadly a lot of the things can be bought new much cheaper. :(
