Well atleast they got dealerships and car functions such as rollable windows, roof, indicators, engine on/off, etc. It's even got clubs, which was a thing in TDU2. It's still missing alot of TDU DNA but TDUSC isn't completely missing it.

TDU platinum mods are crazy with online service and sadly tdu2 is very hard to find and play

I feel numb nowadays to everything. So many things, games, films, TV shows are hyped up and they're just "whelming" at the end of it all.

Are there mods to fix the handling? Cuz i found nothing that really made me happy

@@Shakerini-tf7fp it is, tdu 2 world - the online mod have several mods and fixes at their launcher including the handling, it isn't the best but its much better than original handling.

To sum it up they could do all those things but don’t want to. Honestly I’m happy to see the game being hated and failing as it is. Just sad that test drive had to be the game that failed. Hopefully racing game devs will learn a lesson from tdusc. Ubisoft out of all people learned very quickly with adding the offline mode to the crew 2 and motorfest

I doubt they will anytime soon, they literally said “Core of TDU is racing” which is completely wrong. With a mindset like that I doubt they will do some major changes like that anytime soon, they will just keep saying “we will add them next year” to keep the player base hopeful.

I agree with both of you. I’m sad as well since I was really looking forward to playing it. I bought it despite all the backlash and the game felt very off, so I refunded it. Maybe, just maybe, they could shift their focus to adding these things if they really want to listen to the players. I honestly don’t think they will though since the game already seems like it’s dying

Heartbreaking really because how do we all know this but the director and lead dev have no clue what they are doing it’s like how do we all jump into TDU2 and get it but these Devs and directors see TDU2 and make TDU3 and they got it’s just a Forza Horizon clone like TDU really set the benchmark it innovated people don’t realize TDU inspired so many big triple A open world games nowadays from Forza Horizon, GTA and The Crew etc no games we’re doing what they were doing they were the innovators they didn’t look at other games and copied them they broke wanted to try new things outside of the normal race car genre it like he said it’s not really a racing game it’s just a generalization like when you think about a category to put this game in you would put it into a racing genre but the racing genre is diverse but nowadays everybody wants to do the same thing and be a extreme competition racer racing was just a part of the experience of TDU it was never it’s main focus it was just another building block that helped you get money and level up rank to be able to buy what you wanted I just don’t know how you play TDU2 and see Forza Horizon clone it’s the complete opposite of that man they didn’t add houses simply because they didn’t think it was a important aspect of the game and now it’s a outrage and they say they will add it later but they give a hotel room in the meantime but that was their plan from the beginning they didn’t even think to bring in houses original which is insane the possibilities are endless and the hotel room that they did add where is the social interactions you can’t invite players in your lobby to your hotel room of garage and you can’t customize your hotel room or garage they are literally putting you in the hotel room as spawn location that’s it no personal experience to it at all they didn’t think any of this was important you could easily looked at your community feedback and they would’ve told you what they wanted in their game how do you totally ignore it all

It’s crazy because GTA was inspired by this game back in the early 2000s you were able to do a lot of the stuff in GTA on this game this game was never copy cats they were the innovators they tried new things outside of the norm they created a experience only they could provide no game could but now every game has taken elements from them and now they comeback out and they are the ones copying big games instead of their own game smh TDUSC missed the plot so badly

@@xXxchi11xXx I’ll repeat, no it doesn’t. It was patched out so the car you’re driving no longer takes an additional space in your garage. They came when they introduced the ability to swap your cars between different houses you had. Theo is running the game with no updates which is why he sees it, but what I say happens when you run the game with all updates.

@@TheAlexVII Ahh yeah, it’s interesting because in one of the homes there wasn’t a single car in the garage and I could just drive in a car from it despite there wasn’t any cars…, you know what I mean?))😂

The patch is not going to bring the TDU experience the patch notes are literally talking about fixing all the broken things with the game like optimization, servers, graphics and bugs it has nothing about the TDU experience just fixes if a game that was supposed to be already fixed at 2 months ago

Same here but I've been playing FH4 and recently bought its DLC via CDKeys.

It’s insane because TDU is the reason why GTA online exists they inspired GTA but now they are going in a different direction like GTA isn’t the best selling game of all time it’s GTA how do you not want emulate that they seen your hand took inspiration and did it in their own way now you choose to go the complete opposite direction GTA online has TDU elements but you can see in this video TDU always had more detail and a personal connection over GTA they always went further with the lifestyle elements GTA gives you a house or apartment and lets you customize it but TDU gives you a house or apartment and you get customize every single aspect of your house from the couch to the walls to tables everything and you even get a pet animal in your house and you get to go outside seamlessly with no loading screens if you leave from your house on GTA it’s a loading screen TDU was seamless you could walk right out into the open world and see people driving below you how did they not think this stuff was important just talking about this stuff gets me excited playing TDUSC as a TDU fan gets me a false sense of reality and bland generic elements of what TDU was too many shortcuts on the little things and too much emphasis on extreme clan race competition this isn’t Need For Speed Carbon it’s fking TDU like they have totally lost the plot trying to be multiple games into one instead of just following the formula of their old games and listening to the community that last interview was a complete gut punch to the community as a whole
