so glad that this is the direction AAA "competitive" gaming has gone. this absolute demon won the game because of his extremely skilled bush selection and aim on two stationary targets. the only thing I dont understand is how this man isnt signed to optic already.
As I was watching this it blew my mind how many great add-ons and improvements they had made over the past 3 years of WZ1. Sadly it’s just the complete opposite and a totally dry game in WZ2.
I still play WZ1 maybe once a week. Mainly just to remember what it feels like to snipe. It's also let SBMM go massively, so it's no longer as punishing and lobbies range from a 0.7 to 1.1 kd rather than 0.5 to 1.7 and I average 0.85 lobby. It's nice to not exclusively run into sweats. You used the Grau, and what's funny is that that was basically the last meta of WZ1. Obviously it lacks the versatility of Vanguard weapons, but it's damn good and much more fun. Gorenko + Armaguerra is still the meta, but out at range, it's much more competitive than it was a few months ago. Highly recommend grabbing a HDR, ZRG, or AX-50 and a sniper support of your choice and just going to town.
Hot take: Warzone 1 movement is was too intense and overrated (yes I get the whole skill gap reason but it was too bad and uncomfortable to learn hence giving the game a bad rep especially because the lack of an FOV slider on consoles in warzone 1) Warzone 2 has a lack of movement but if the cod gods (yes I call the devs that) added warzone 1 movement into warzone 2 and removed the slide cancel warzone 2 would pace so much better and the player count would be more distributed depending on the zone. This would be especially good for Ashika Island where players die and get wiped quickly especially in solos.
I loaded up caldera last evening too. It has all that warzone2 dont. It has 1 tap sniping, it has 1 tap ballistic headshots, it has ballistic knives, it has the movement. First game i played riot shield and ballistic knife in quads, then I figured it was time to see if I could still snipe. Second shot in warmup i quickscoped a guy out of an fast moving airplane with my kar98k. It was so fun, my spr and kar98k was on spot. I pushed guys on open field, while shot upon and quickscoped both in the head. So much fun, then I swapped over to kar98k + ballistic knife, and it was even more fun. First game we landed a spot with 5 bounties and balloon. Can't ask for more :p
i wish wz2 never came out and i would still play rebirth all day long and have the worst time of my life but still love it and somehow still have fun sometimes. i just miss it, i want to travel back in time to play rebirth one more time with my friends. i feel like i didnt appreciate it enough
I have a group of friends that stayed in WZ1 and when I go and play with them it’s so much fun. This game play isn’t typical in quads. It’s enjoyable as WZ2 gets stale.
Day 3: Hey sally, on the video with the rpk and the 40 round mag, you asked about the loadouts- i really suggest you use the 556 icarus with the recharge DX sight, Demo stock (same as M16), Ftac ripper grip, sakin pistol grip and the 100 tound drum mag. It shreds and you should give it a shot. Have fun!
Balloon’s are the worst idea I’ve ever seen in an fps. They completely void any strategic movement and only really benefit sweats that want to shoot people as they fly in every time.
The graphics are so much better in WZ1 man I’m on 1440p now on series. 1080p on WZ1 looked better than the trash we got now they need to bring back texture packs
Occasionally I’ll go back to Warzone and hate it. I’ve gotten so used to the look and feel of MW2 and Warzone 2 that it’s stupid hard to play Warzone now.
The only reason I would go back to warzone 1 is for the 1 shot headshot potential, I loved getting a 400m 1 shot kill, I only wish they bring back verdansk
You support Warzone 2.0 because you are paid and thats how your bills get paid. I agree, but the community who played both games and invested time and dont stream for 🤑 got their personal opinion. MW 2.0 is not a mess, is a disaster compared to Warzone 1. You can't admit but you know this... If Rebirth Island would be available on Warzone 1.0 than TRASHika wouldn't be alive ✌ Its a mess: 0 movement. It became an aim trainer not a fps game. No need too much skill, just aim assist. Ttk is too fast and too many bugs. Lack of map and indoor vibrance and colors. And not to mention, JoeWo became JoeSLOW! Now i get you, u are paid to 💋 🍑activision ... But at least think twice before you say MW2.0 is better... Anyway, can't wait for The Finals to come and make CoD history! Because it became a trash. If they wont bring Rebirth Island and Fortune's Keep as DLC or subscription on WZ 1.0, they will lose all! ✌ Amen
Things I realized watching this Video. 1) I miss Warzone 1 2) I miss redeploy balloons 3) I actually dont miss Warzone 1 (Kali Kampers) 4) We have 85k to go to 1M Subs 5) I miss Sallys Spectating Vids. 2nd to none IMO. Tims is a close 2nd
I'd argue camping is harder in WZ2. The heartbeat is toned down, drill charge is a thing, Al Mazra is filled with alternative routes for most places (strongholds like jim's maze aint that common nor effective) and you can now jump out of ziplines and hipfire while climbing. The new game ain't perfect but it fixed the most infuriating tactics of the first one and i won't go back
I play WZ Caldera daily. So much nicer, smoother, more fluid, better overall feeling than WZ2. Guns feel nicer. Mechanics are gorgeous. Eurgh really don't wanna play WZ2 again but my pals do : (
i almost never won in caldera neither did i in verdansk. but i got one during the kingkong event and 2nd after leaving the game to rot. sbmm got me 7-8 kills and a win first squad game.
they need to increase the heartbeat sensor's range coz it's pretty useless now people say wz2 caters to bots but they nerfed the heartbeat to the ground
Baslisk class(magnum) bc you said you wanted to try it a while ago:revo-lsd 7mw tuned for sprint to fire speed and hip walking speed, ftac arrow tuned for damage range and recoil steadiness, bryson match grade tuned for sprint to fire speed and recoil smoothness, snakeshot and akimbo. this class is glitched in the firing range, but trust me it will 2 shot from closer range even if the are full plated(luv you bye!)

I love the new warzone. That slide cancel is kinda lame. Honestly, if they would just speed up movement a little bit and tune the ttk in wz2, it would be the best battle royal I've ever played
