When using those big jerk baits for striped bass try working it slower but not too slow or too fast, or u can just reel it slowly but not too slowly and if there very aggressive fast. SP minnow is a great striped bass bait to use

Hey Ryan I live in Massachusetts and we have a lot of striped right now and I have caught a 26 inch striper. Striper are bigger in the saltwater. When targeting strippers you would mostly stick to a single lure unless fish are blitzing
