You will get much better results with the spirit box if you increase the speed at which it flips through stations. It will help you to not get stuck on songs for seconds at a time. The idea is to not be able to make out the songs because it flips stations too quickly, and the ghosties use the sounds to create their own words. Hope this helps! Love these videos! ❤️

Yea it's more the awareness of being more in danger alone no matter if the threat is material or "supernatural" than when you are with people who can watch your back or get you out if something does happen.

I can't speak to what Mykie was feeling, but I know when ixm starting with a fever everything feels kinda heightened, like my hearing is more sensitive, I'm more jumpy, my skin is more sensitive to changes in the air against my skin even. It's almost like someone dials my senses up to 12. I'm similar when slep deprived too. And then add to that being alone in an unfamiliar place... it's a recipe for fear, really, i think,

I just want to say thank you for not just accepting what the EMF reader gives out, but tests to see what could be interfering with it. There are certain channels out there (naming no names) who would have just screamed OMG GHOST. Also, I want your boots!🤣

That emf meter is also just not good at all. I got one because it seemed to be the defacto one everyone used, but that thing will go off if you drop it down the stairs but then not by a microwave. I would highly recommend getting one with a digital read out, or better yet the Trifield one actually used by electricians.

My husband and I used to live down there and we were *100%* convinced that our place was haunted for the longest time, because the upstairs bedroom door used to _Slam_ shut while we were both downstairs. Come to find out that it was actually the pressure differential created by the AC kicking on. 😂 Plus, imo Charleston is always humid, it doesn't matter what time of the damn year it is

would love to see you do a "control" ghost hunting sesh like at a place you KNOW isn't haunted just to see how many weird things you're able to catch if you're looking for them when it's clearly not anything supernatural. or going to a place you don't know isn't actually haunted! ngl I am mostly a ghost believer but I am a healthy amount of skeptical- I don't think ghost encounters are very common and I love seeing the videos where ppl go ghost hunting and nothing happens, because it makes the videos where things do happen even more spooky. like, knowing if you can make out a conversation on the spirit box when you're certain it's not ghost related would be cool. but as someone else said, knowing that nothing happened on the spirit box this video makes some of the previous evp sessions way spookier :D

As much as my scientific mind loves the idea of a control spirit hunting sesh, my spiritual side laughs because there is not one corner of this Earth that isn't haunted. Death happens everywhere and has since the beginning of life. Notice how the famous haunted places are all where awful things happened that would prompt a spirit to stay there and not want to move on. These aren't the only ghosts that exist though, they're literally everywhere and people just don't notice any activity from skepticism and lack of confirmation bias these certified spooky places have (where you're expecting an/or seeking it).

Mykie! You should look at places in New Mexico. It's a really old state that ghost hunters look over a lot. My home town Santa fe alone has so many haunted places since its one of the oldest cities in America. Also love you and love your videos!

The Clown motel was creepy! We stayed for two nights and there were a couple of very undeniable circumstances that happened, such as the old alarm clock turning on music at 3am, and a bang on the door with no one there. Could be explained, but still very creepy!

I think the most probable explanation for that cold spot at the base of the arm chair is your suitcase! That was the exact spot of your suitcase in earlier shots. I wouldn't be surprised if it left a weird residual cold spot from being moved off the carpet.

I might be able to explain the AC turning on and off all night (not the 6 times one thats weird, could be a glitch?) but since there’s so many rooms in that hotel, it would make sense if the owners installed eco AC’s, which basically sense the temprature around them and only release the cool air when necessary, it’s meant to be more eco friendly since your Ac isn’t on allll the time and it’s meant to save money on electricity bills.

Yeah, anything with a thermostat will turn on and off to keep the chosen temperature but no go beyond. This includes, heaters, coolers, refrigerators, ovens etc. etc. And there's enough things that can disturb the temperature to make it unpredictable.

This is proof that ghost hunting videos can be fun, even if you don't fake any evidence to make it more "scary". I'm also not a believer but I would have been scared on my own haha. On an unrelated note: I really enjoyed the static camera shots, they were all framed really nicely and the red wig and shoes with the teal wallpaper looked so good! Style affects how old you look more so than actual aging. Mykie looks "20" because she dresses with a flare associated with people in their 20s. In reality the physical different between 20s and 30s isnt that much (depending on the person and how well you take care of yourself beyond just your skin). Media just loves to portray 30s as "old". I have a friend who is 37 i.e. 10 years older than me and she really isnt distinguishable from any of my 20s friends

I personally think people who are skeptic either get nothing because the ghosts aren’t interested or they get a lot because a ghost is determined to make you know they’re there. I think there’s something to be said about having more people around you because the energy is higher so it’s more for the ghost to work with? Obviously this is my own hypotheticals based on my understanding of energies. But always and forever, energy cannot be created nor destroyed
