For your main channel, you should do a Julie and Julia type of video series where you make all the recipes from a professional chef’s cookbook. I think it would be fun to watch and take your cooking skills up another notch! It could be a whole food healthy cookbook to go with your lifestyle.

It’s very normal to feel anxious after receiving lidocaine. Fun fact, lidocaine is mixed with epinephrine. Epinephrine is an adrenaline which has very common side effects, for example, anxiety, tremors, sweating, ect. It’s very common to have that 😄 This is coming from someone who use to get lidocaine injections often to help with injections of medications.
