As a Canadian I never thought much about this until recently, but I’ve come to conclude that Canadian tire is more like Canada’s garage or shed… anything you might find there is generally related to something you might store in your garage or shed.. a mini fridge? Yep that’s for beer, canoes, bikes, big old storage bins, gardening tools, regular tools, spare lightbulbs, stuff for house repair, paint, cleaning products, buckets, camping shit, hockey shit… you name it. If it goes in the shed or garage than you can find it at Canadian tire. Also most people tell you not to bring your car to their garage but if you’re in a small town then the opposite might be true! It depends on the crappy tire.

Our ski towns ,like Whistler, have more Aussies, than Canadians. I swear if your born there now, you’d grow with an Aussie accent. Here's a FUN FACT about Canadian Tire: They have their own special supply chain. I worked at a Canadian Tire before and through covid and the trucks never stopped for a second. Every other business was having problems getting stock but not Canadian Tire. And that lead to record sales and zero wage increases (of course). Every Canadian Tire you go to will be over stuffed with stock.
