idc what the intentions are of the staff at EA, the fact is they disrespect there fans every single year across all there sports title, but as far as goalie in nhl 24 is concerned, after just playing it for the past 2 days, the changes to goalie are absolutely abysmal! the shot prediction thing is irrelevant and nobody uses it, but the tethering...... the tethering has made the position virtually unplayable. u spend ur entire time in the crease fighting against the game mechanic as well as trying to focus and stop the other teams offense. how anyone thought this was a good thing to add to the game blows my mind, and they get paid for these decisions.... ultimately, if ure going to add god awful mechanics into the game, at the very elast give us the option to toggle them off in settings..... then when u see 99% of ur player base has turned it off maybe then theyll understand how stupid they are. rant over but i will not be playing goalie again until this feature is removed.
Big stuff getting invited to play nhl 24 behind the scenes at EA HQ. Say what you want about EA but it's an experience to get any invitation by any big company

They need to give the option to turn that garbage tethering system off. They need to put back the controls like hybrid. I don't see how not having full control of your player movement pass with good feedback 😂.
Yes the goalies got worse. Yes EA out did themselves. Not only is the graphics 100% the same as NHL17. The goalies went back to like NHL94. No wait they were better then too. This game sucks. Plain and very simple (the way EA programs) the same crap as last year (ok last 7 years to be fair) stop cheerleading for a losing team. EA doesnt give 1 crap.

@@ejf0255 its a sad thing when we are on a new gen systems, and we haven't updated the Graphics yet lol, the crowd still looks like 360, the players even look bad, with face Meltin from the old gen is still not fixed, even the Ice effects for God Sakes got downgraded, but they gave us the glass breaking again lol. The game plays like 🔥 🗑 looks like same older shit, plus on top of all that still no GM connected smh, even though every other sports game has that mode🤦 sad for the NHL franchise imo... Im with u and everyone else that is tried of this EA 🗑 games 🎮 and hope someone else will step up, and make a good sports game and just give some type of Competition to EA, and us a buying option as a consumer. I know wishful thinking nowadays 😆
I hope they bring back full presentation and make the game more realistic. With updated goal horns, goal light effects, better intros and on ice projections
