Y’all should’ve gone to find blind boxes or sonny angels in Japan cos that would be the dream for me and I’ve always wanted to go to Japan! Such a fun vlog eeee
Oof. Ah well; most visitors never do. It's such an incredible country, though, and Tokyo is not one of the reasons why. Tokyo's fun and novel for a couple of days, but it's about as "Japan" as LA is "America."
me and my bf just broke up bc i caught him talking to his ex. aisha i just wanna say thank you for cheering me up ily🙁 hopefully one day i will find someone that treats me the way weston treats you 💕💕
I was so close to visiting Japan at one point. I'm a Motion Capture actor and in late 2015 I was in contact with Capcom about the facial likeness role of Leon for the Resident Evil 2 Remake. I failed to mention I also have a voice acting background, in the end I lost the part and I can't forgive myself for wasting such an opportunity. ☹That would've been a real dream come true to work in Japan and visit South Eastern Asia. Great video.
That's rough man. I'm gonna be a junior at San Jose State University this year. I was supposed to do a whole academic year at Yokohama National University from the Fall but I neglected to look at the due dates for the application even though I had the entirety of Spring Vacation to complete them. My procrastination and cockiness caused me to miss the application due date by two days and so for the Fall I won't be able to study at Japan. The real kicker is that I just turned 20 and am a Japanese citizen, therfore I would have been qualified to celebrate the Coming of Age Day (成人の日, Seijin no Hi) on January 8th for people who turn 20, a once-in-a-lifetime event. Had I gone to Japan in the Fall, I would have stayed for at least 3 months before January 8th and gotten an invitation from the local government to attend said ceremony at the city hall. Or something like that. I've always gone to Japan nearly every summer to visit relatives and explore the country, but I have not been there in the Fall nor in the Winter in a while. What an amazing oppurtunity lost solely because of 2 days, 48 hours, which was of course my fault for negligence. I am sure that I will go to Japan in the Spring as I will be sure to carefully observe next time's application schedule. To make sure I do not waste any more oppurtunity cost, once my fall semester ends in the US and I spend Christmas & New Years in the US, I plan to head to Japan to get a job for 4 months untilt the Japanese Spring Semester begins in April. This way at least I'll get the unique experience of working a labor job in Japan before my time there is up, something that would not have happened had I not missed my application due date. Of course once the Spring semster in Japan ends, I will do the Fall Semester after that so that I can complete an entire year's worth of education in Japan (and 4 months working experience on top of that!!)
@@m3m3lord61 Thank you for sharing your story. I can relate but at the same time I admire your conviction and awareness. Yeah, you've made a mistake but you're already prepared and planning your next move; knowing what to avoid next time. That's really amazing and very smart. You're only 20 but you're already well versed in coordinating your studies/career life. The mistake I regret making was not having any voice demos recorded at the time that I could send to Capcom so I could prove my voice acting background. Thank you for this feedback and all the best in your freshmen year in college!
I was just in Akihabara! I love the arcades and food. So much food! Many of the machines can use your Suica card. (and family marts). Make sure you drain the card before leaving. Have fun yall! Looking forward to more content!!
