Watching disney vloggers make their first international trips is one of my favorite things. Just remember we all make mistakes due to unfamiliarity with the culture and language.
Can you please please PLEASE make a travel vlog like this for Paris? I love seeing this side of the experience too and it is so helpful for planning. I haven't found a video comparable to this one for Paris yet and would love to see it from the AllEars fam!
Finally some disney youtubers giving Tokyo the attention it deserves. Everyone's like "Disney Sea is the best park" and then go to Epcot for the 1000th time. I'm glad you're also exploring Tokyo. I was lucky enough to do a 1 month homestay in Chiba (where Disney is), and I was able to go on one of the days. For anyone curious, Disney isn't an hour outside of Tokyo, it's still in the city, its just a large city (three main cities so large they blend together, Yokohama, Tokyo, then Chiba). It's about 20 minutes from Disney to western Tokyo, which is less famous but still has major tourist attractions like Asakusa, sky tree, akihara, and ueno. But yes, to get to Shinjuku, harajuku, and Shibuya, it's about an hour.
We are currently in Japan also. Enjoying the sites & especially the Disney vacation also. I've never been out of the US before & absolutely enjoying it!!
I’ve never been so excited to see someone else take a trip! You gals might even convince me to make the trek over to Tokyo and Tokyo Disney in the next few years!
This brought back so many memories from my trip to Japan last year! Tokyo has SO much to offer, and I'm glad you got to experience some of it before Disney :)
I am beyond excited for this! I love getting to see all the behind the scenes stuff and just you having fun! Emma's excitement makes me so happy ❤️ I have screamed with joy like 8 times already 😂
I really want to go to Japan. It's my big wish list travel. Mostly for Disney but also universal, the Pokémon restaurant, the Sanrio amusement park, the kawaii stores, and lots lots more. I was hoping they'd go to the Pokémon restaurant (where you get to meet a GIGANTIC chef Pikachu that walks around the cafe) but honestly I think I was the only one who would want that haha
omg!! I'm so excited to see the videos about Tokyo to come!! eeekkkk, I'm manifesting a trip there!! And WOW, Emma and Quincy, in that last scene, yall look soo beautiful! Glowing even.
Heading to Tokyo in 33 days to visit our son and daughter-in-law. We will be at Disney there in 40. So excited!!! We haven't seen them in 2 years and we are all Disney fanatics! It will be their first time at the Tokyo parks too.
Can't thank you ladies enough for this video, Japan has to be at the top of my bucket list. I love the culture, manga, anime, and history. Plus I love watching Allears❤. Looking forward to the next one.
I grew up in Tokyo so going to Tokyo Disney was a yearly thing for me. So fun to watch you guys experience it for the first time! I’m so excited to watch :)
I'm excited to watch the other videos from this trip. I'm sure Quincy and Emma had a blast. The editor(s) crushed the added comments in this video (I laughed at basically every comment they inserted)
I didn't feel like we had enough time there too, want to spend so much more time in Japan. We only had two days in Kyoto. Definitely, that was not enough time there. I want to spend like three or four months exploring. Japan was an amazing trip.
What a bonus! I was wishing you guys would vlog going around Tokyo itself..and Boom! Is there a Double Like button? I've been to Tokyo twice. Shinjuku, Shibuya, Azakusa, Roppongi, Ginza, Harajuku..I love it there! Seeing you guys walk the Shibuya crossing stands out in all of the vlogs you have ever made. The last 10 minutes is next level, even though Emma was sleepy. ❤
Great video. I can't wait for the series. But, a 20-hour flight, and a day in Tokyo, and all we get is 27-minutes? The airlines have meals at weird hours to help you fight jetlag. Get your body used to the new clock.
You guys have been to both Disneyland Japan and Disneyland Tokyo and that is amazing…and soon Emma will go (or already went) to Disneyland Paris. Curious to know what differences did you observe between the ones in Asia (size, attractions, customer service, fast pass offerings, food, lodging)? What caught your attention and/or surprised you the most of the two? And if you had to recommend one, which one would you pick? I’ve heard that Tokyo focuses a lot on the details. Did you notice any similarities between those parks and the ones here at the US?
🙌🤩 so excited for you guys. Tokyo and Tokyo Disney is the best can't wait to see all the new stuff at Fantasy Springs.. am hoping to go later this year
Sooo happy for you two! It”d be amazing to see you try and complete a bingo board with distant sleepy all ears team members. Wish Sage and Breedlove and Fry and the rest of the gang and spouses could join you in Tokyo.
Oh man, your content makes me miss living in Japan so much. 🥰 I only went to Disney Sea once in the whole 3 years I lived there, and now I’m kicking myself for not taking advantage! I recommend getting some pics with Hachiko next time you are in Shibuya! ❤ 🐕 You gals are amazing!
It’s great seeing you two exploring new places. More international travel videos please. France? Maybe some European Disney cruises? Keep up the great work y’all!
I’m so excited to see your Tokyo Japan Disney series! Also had no clue Emma was that tall… I always assumed we were the same height… I think because Emma just resonates with me, lol. I’m 5’1” for reference ☺
I’m so excited for you ladies! I just went to Disneyland Tokyo/DisneySea earlier this year and it was unforgettable! I hope you got to try all popcorn flavors around the parks 🍿. It’s a simple snack yet so addicting & affordable! My faves were the curry & the milk choco! I alsp hope you got a chance to ride Baymax’s ride and the Beauty in the Beast ride 🥹 Looking forward to the Allears content!!! 🤗
I was looking through your channel hoping you filmed a perfect day at the Disney parks before I went to Japan last month 😭 but I’m looking forward to see if you did the same things I did!
Thank you for sharing this! It’s great information even if you didn’t feel prepared! What I learned is I’m going to need to bring SO much money for all of the merch I am going to buy 😂
This is so exciting! I have no idea how you handled this, I can't sleep sitting up at all. I'm so happy y'all got to do this. I'm taking my kiddo next year to Tokyo, but we're saving miles to upgrade! Or just flying ZipAir.
@@AllEarsNet I am so jealous! I can kinda doze if I am in premium economy, but coach? I'm sitting with my head and pillow on the fold out table like I'm in school at a desk, and 15 minutes later my neck is that of a 90 year old woman! lol
What a beautiful city. So clean and efficient. These videos will be better than waiting on a tv series. Definitely not Orlando. But Quincy is speed talking again. 😂
Emma is too cute. And the fact that she is that energetic and perky after spending the better part of a day on a plane is just absolutely amazing. And a sneak peak at Princess Emma at the end :)
Oh and one other thing, never never never drink the coffee on a plane, the potable water tank isn’t as clean as you think it should be, always stick with bottle water or sodas or anything from a separate container.
So glad you explored a little of the city. No way would I fly all that way and just do Disney. Frankly, Disney would be the if I have time part of the trip.
I work for united in Newark, and Newark is the armpit of America. Go 20min, north, south or west and Jersey is fairly nice looking. Drivers suck and the pple are hit and miss for sure. EWR is the worst airport. It’s too small for the amount of traffic they have. But you gotta go thru hell to get to the paradise that is Japan. Bet y’all gonna have a fantastic time!!!!
Would you recommend taxi's if you have multiple large luggage's? Did the chase card work okay in japan once you called the bank? Did you use the same card to book the hotel? Did you get service with your phone right away? Could you do a video on tips and tricks for planning? We are going to tokyo next year and all the tips would be sooo helpful!
I wish i had known in advance. Because i would of pointed you guys to some english speaking j-vlogers who live in Tokyo and their would of been an excellent crossover interactions.
