I went to AWU2024 with a small group, as this was my furst FurCon as a furry since attending PDFC, where I decided being a fur could be fun. I tried to be a furry for the furst time, and record/capture video too...I don't think I did either very well, and need to plan out how I'm gonna video the cons in the future. I almost didn't make this video, I probably shouldn't have, but I also feel somewhat guilty taking video footage and not sharing, as I know how fun it is to find/see yourself at these events in others videos/pictures, so I put this out for you guys! Thank you for a fun event, and I hope I get better!!

It was a pretty fun little trip, I need to do better recording and having a story in mind when I go, but yeah, school and work and life get in the way of all the fun stuff. Haha. Give it time, I'm sure you'll get to one sometime in the near future.

Thank you for the kind words. I felt overwhelmed with this one for some reason and delayed making it time and time again. Finally I gave up, but I decided there’s probably something in the video someone out there would like to see themselves doing. So here we are. Haha

I sort of gave up editing towards the fursuit games. But I had fun with the beginning part. Thank you for the kind words! ❤️

Yeah, I really had a good time too. There were some flaws in how it was put on, but I think it was pretty well done overall. I hope to make it back next year!

@@BloodMoonFurs yeah, there's definitely only a few years left in Davis, the problem is that there's not a good intermediary between there and the Salt Palace, which is massive, I mean, even FanX, the biggest convention here doesn't use the whole space

Oh wow, I didn’t realize it was so limited. I hate to say, maybe they limit number of entry’s? IDK, but they’ll probably need to do something.

@@BloodMoonFurs yeah, 2.4k was a lot, still a few years left in there, but they're going to have to find somewhere fast, maybe the main floor of the salt palace, but then you also have to raise ticket prices because the salt palace isn't cheap (FanX is $65 for a three day ticket, but they also had over 120k attendees last year)

Thank you! I am gonna try to be a little better at this next con, dedicating a little time to furry and more time to content, and hopefully better content. Let’s see what this new con in California is like…AFC should be interesting, but looks like it’ll be great.
